We’re looking for a fun, outgoing, and responsible Social Host to join Cafe Moto Hostel in Puerto Princesa! Your job: bring people together, host game nights, break the ice, and keep the vibes alive nightly. We’re strict about commitment, no lazy volunteers! You must be extroverted, silly, and full of energy. If you’re shy, this isn’t for you. But if you love people and parties, welcome to the Moto crew! 🎉🌴

4 Stunden Hilfe pro Tag

Sportunterricht: Unterrichten oder Unterstützen des Hosts, der Gäste oder lokaler Gemeinschaften beim Sport oder körperlichen Aktivitäten.

Musik: Auftreten zur Unterhaltung von Gästen, Kindern oder lokalen Gemeinschaften.

Reiseführer: Organisation und Führung von Touren durch die Stadt.

Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.

Our volunteer program at 100% Cafe Moto Hostel offers an incredible opportunity to live, work, and explore the beautiful island of Palawan. You'll join a fun, motorcycle-themed, social hostel, helping to create an engaging, friendly atmosphere for our guests. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive free accommodation, meals, and access to some of the most stunning locations in Puerto Princesa.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Social Host Daily Activities Checklist (7PM–11PM Shift)

Shift Overview:
You’ll work 4 hours nightly (7PM–11PM), 6 days a week. Your job is to keep the social vibe alive — engage guests, host games, and make everyone feel welcome.

Checklist:
✅ 6:45PM – Arrive early, check setup in the social area (lights, music, cleanliness,props)
✅ 7:00PM – Greet guests, start small talk, invite them to join games or activities
✅ 7:30PM – Host or organize social game night (beer pong, trivia, cards, etc.)
✅ 9:00PM – Capture fun moments (photos/videos for social media) IF YOU CAN
✅ 9:30PM – Encourage group bonding, introduce guests to each other
✅ 10:30PM – Help tidy up the social area, return games/materials
✅ 11:00PM – Report highlights or issues to the manager (guest feedback, vibe, etc.)

Goal:
Keep the energy up, make guests connect, and create memorable nights at Cafe Moto Hostel! 🎉

Regeln

Yes! We’re all about good vibes and teamwork but also about respect, flexibility, and commitment.

Here are a few simple rules:

1. Show up on time and do your part — no skipping duties or disappearing.

2. Be social and proactive — you’re the vibe starter, so go talk to guests and keep the fun alive!

3. Be flexible — feel free to add your own group games or social ideas that fit our atmosphere.

4. No heavy drinking or partying while on duty (save the fun for after 11PM 😉).

5. Respect everyone — guests, staff, and other volunteers.

6. Stay clean and organized in common areas.

7. Minimum stay is 2–3 weeks.

8. We reserve the right to end your contract anytime if rules are broken.

9. If you wish to cancel, give us 5 days’ notice so we can adjust the schedule.
