I had a great time volunteering in Palermo. A big thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming. Palermo is a beautiful city, and the hostel's location made it easy to explore other parts of Sicily. The workload was as described, and I appreciated the grocery money. I definitely recommend it!

The hostel is very good located, close to the central station and the centre, the staff is very welcoming from the beginning and the shifts are very manageable and flexible. It is very easy to meet new people and make friends from a lot of different places. It was my first worldpackers experience and for me time went by very fast so it couldn't have been better :)

It was definitely a good choice. The hostel has a great location (close to the central station, night life and public transport) and shifts are always respected (either housekeeping, reception, bar or kitchen closure). It was an enriching experience, both culturally and personally. Thank you to all of the staff for their warmth and friendliness :)

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I really had a great time! The staff is very welcoming and flexible, the tasks are easy and as described and the location is excellent, close to the centre and nightlife in Palermo. We had a common kitchen with statement ingredients to cook and you are provided with 20€ per week for the meals. The volunteers share a room and it was easy to make friends with the other volunteers and guests,you will quickly feel at home in the hostel. I would recommend this experience if you like big cities, want to practice languages and meet different people :)

Estuve durante un mes en el hostel y el tiempo pasó volando. El trabajo era sencillo ( hacer camas, limpieza general , recepción y bar ) muy tranquilo. Me sentí bien acogida y respetada por parte del staff (Thilanka , Lucia, Rita, Hashan ) Agradecida por esta experiencia tan positiva. Además Palermo es una ciudad que te atrapa y siempre quiero volver. Gracias al equipo por la oportunidad de colaborar juntos. Espero vernos en un futuro próximo! 🫶🏼

Absolutely loved my time in Palermo, it's a beautiful city to explore. The work is straightforward and the hours of work are good. Thilanka, Hashan and Massimo are wonderful to work with. I would completely recommend this experience

If you are thinking about volunteering here i highly recommend it, i felt welcomed since the moment i arrived and felt very comfortable with the team and other volunteers, the shifts were easy and quick so i had plenty of time to explore palermo and other near cities, the location is great and a 5 minute walk to were all the bars are :)

La verdad mi experiencia en el hostel ha sido maravillosa, he tenido la suerte de encontrarme con un equipo increíble tanto por parte del staff como de las voluntarias. Voy a echar todo mucho de menos, espero tener la fortuna de volver 🌷.

I've had so much fun volunteering at the hostel! The staff are welcoming and friendly, the shifts were fun and simple and the hostel and facilities are great. The hostel is in a great location and there's so much to do in Palermo! I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to be here. Massimo is a great boss and has done a lot for me while I've been here! I definitely recommend this place 😊
