Join our team at our Hostel & Surf Paradise! We are looking for passionate volunteers to collaborate at our cozy hotel. You will be responsible for domestic tasks and welcoming our guests, all in a paradise-like setting. Additionally, you’ll be expected to complete tasks assigned by the supervisor, uphold the values of our place, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all your interactions.

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Gemeinschaftszimmer: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Reisenden teilst.

Surfbretter: Du kannst unsere Surfbretter so oft nutzen, wie du möchtest.

Nutze unsere ausgestattete Küche: Nutze gerne unsere Küche und bereite dein eigenes leckeres Essen zu.

Programmdetails

The volunteer is designed to offer a rewarding experience for both volunteers and our guests. We seek committed individuals who wish to contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel while enjoying a unique natural and cultural environment.
Volunteers become part of our team and are responsible for various essential tasks for the hotel's operation. The program is based on cooperation and mutual respect. In exchange for their help, volunteers receive accommodation and access to the kitchen, allowing them to prepare their own meals. Shifts and responsibilities are organized equitably to ensure a harmonious and productive environment.

-Cleaning common areas such as the reception, dining room, and lounge areas.
-Basic room maintenance, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, and general tidying.
-Preparation of breakfasts for guests if required.
-Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
-Providing information about hotel facilities and local activities.
-Ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay.
