Programmdetails

Our volunteers enjoy their own house on site, allowing them the privacy of their own space whilst still being right on site.

The house features:

▪️ 2 Rooms of two bunks (sleeps 4 per room)
▪️ Basic Kitchen
▪️ Bathroom with Shower
▪️ Air Conditioning and Fans
▪️ Wifi and Living Room with a Screen to Netflix and Chill

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Volunteers shifts will be divided between 'rancho time' and 'activities'.

Rancho Time: Our main communal area is under what a thatch roof called a 'rancho'. This entails being welcoming to guests as they arrive; creating a vibe or atmosphere to encourage socialising; chatting with guests and making sure they're having a good time and recognising when they're happy to just chill.

Activities: The organisation and running of our established, daily fun activities such as Trivia Night, Beer Pong, Volleyball, Beach Sunset Trips, Arts & Crafts and much more.

Regeln

Please note that all of our volunteer positions are strictly guest engagement and interaction - all of our bar, reception and restaurant staff are full time local Nicaraguan employees.
