Volunteering with Tommaso was truly special. He was very responsive, understanding, and made sure everything was well-organized from the start. The tasks were straightforward and offered a great opportunity to learn about how produce is planted and harvested. Tommaso treated us like family. He included us in outings, like mountain trips and BBQs with his friends, making us feel welcomed and valued as volunteers. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to connect with nature and learn something new! Overall, this was a great experience!

Después de 7 experiencias de voluntariado debo decir que esta ha sido la mejor. La habitación que tuvimos fue hermosa y con vista al campo, el trabajo muy entretenido y podíamos ver los frutos del mismo muy rápidamente, la comida la preparabamos entre voluntarios lo cual ayuda al intercambio cultural y teníamos tiempo para aprender sobre Italia y aun más sobre Liguria. Tomasso es un host increíble y la granja Franschina tiene una vibra propia exquisita ❤️ recomiendo a mil esta experiencia 🙌

The place couldn't be better. Our two weeks there flew by. The farm tasks were simple, and sharing the experience with other friendly volunteers made it even better. Tommaso is an amazing host, passionate about what he does, friendly, calm, kind, and open to sharing his Italian culture. We also enjoyed learning about Italy from Giorgio and Eleonora. The farm is just 20 minute bike ride to Abbiategrasso train station, with connections to Milano. I highly recommend the experience to immerse yourself in Italian culture and learn about organic farming. We hope to return someday!

La experiencia fue maravillosa, Tomasso es una persona muy buena y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Las tareas no son difíciles y se respeta mucho lo que cada uno puede lograr. Un vez en la granja ya no queres irte! Los animales son muy lindos y divertidos, el trabajo con las plantas es genial para conectar con la naturaleza y relajarse. Un experiencia totalmente recomendable!

This was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. My first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The host Tommi is great, and everyone who lives on the farm is extremely attentive. Every day our work started at 8am feeding the animals, and then we went to activities like planting, harvesting, etc. Tommi never ler any of the volunteers leave work later than noon. We usually split up to make lunch, and we all ate together. It was really a precious time that I had on the farm with everyone who was there.

Ho vissuto giorni incredibili di apprendimento presso Cashina the farm! Ho avuto l'opportunità di sperimentare in pratica l'intero processo di coltivazione di prodotti biologici, ed è stata un'esperienza davvero arricchente. Il posto è meraviglioso, con un paesaggio incantevole e un'atmosfera molto piacevole. Ma senza dubbio, la cosa più speciale di questa esperienza sono state le persone che ho incontrato. Tommaso è una persona brillante, estremamente dedita, che segue da vicino ogni fase, dalla germinazione alla coltivazione. Oltre a condividere le sue conoscenze, è una persona gentil.

My experience the farm Franschin was marvellous, it exceeded all expectations! I felt totally at home. Tommaso is a very sweet, hard-working person who did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Giorgio and Dembo were also very friendly and fun.The work is enjoyable, a great way to relax the mind. It started with feeding and caring for the animals early in the morning and then we worked on the land - cleaning the beds, planting, harvesting. Afternoons and weekends were free. There are several bicycles you can use to go to Abbiategrasso or other nearby towns and it's very close to Mila

This farm has something special. I really enjoyed my experience here, the beautiful nature, the lunches we shared, the calm work. I appreciated that the work was less than mentioned on Worldpackers and when I needed a sick day it wasn't an issue. In your free time, you can relax, adventure to Milan, Lake Como or anywhere else or work your own project. I thank Tommaso for everything, I genuinely felt his care.
