Programmdetails

As a Receptionist Volunteer, your tasks will include:

✅ Welcoming and checking guests in and out
✅ Providing basic travel information and tips about Vang Vieng
✅ Helping sell tickets for buses, vans, and trains
✅ Keeping a simple account record of incoming cash from ticket sales
✅ Supporting basic record-keeping for laundry service and other small items
✅ Creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere for all guests

You don’t need to be an expert — just organized, honest, friendly, and ready to learn. We’ll train you and support you every step of the way.

We offer three 4-hour shifts per day — morning, afternoon, and evening. You’ll work one shift per day (4 hours), depending on the schedule and needs. We keep the atmosphere flexible and friendly.
