If you have a PhD in Tourism, You are ideal. But Graduate students in other field will also be considered.

We are doing joint research on Increasing Japanese and German volunteers in Sri Lanka. Then we analyze behavioral changes.

We need you to do some research online , academic writing and similar tasks.

Programmdetails

I do PhD research in tourism. The theme is to find a solution for declining Japanese outbound travelers. To find a solution, we analyze Exciting German volunteers in Sri Lanka and we compare their behavioral change after two weeks of volunteering. We asses how it affects their decision making process for outbound travelling later in their life.

I need you to participate the project and help

WHAT BENIFIT YOU GET FROM THIS ?

2. Mount Fuji is 2 hour way from us , there are plenty of Hot springs, Japanese restaurants to see the real culture.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You need to read more research papers , highlight important points and mark it.

Following are not necessary but if you can do it , that will be beneficial.

Identify the research gaps and develop theories
Academic writing , help to write research papers will also be needed.
Writing , drafting and correcting Thesis.
Introducing Scholarship options, how to find funding sources etc


All work can be done in a laptop and home working environment

WORKING TIME
Every day 9am-1pm ,
2 days off for 20 hour working week

You will be given FREE WIFI, room and working space in Tokyo. 

-MEALS
Please buy or cook by yourself in the kitchen. There are shops nearby

Regeln

2 days off for 5 days of week and you can go anywhere during those 2 days. I prefer someone who can stay long
There are some days i cannot host you. you have to be prepared for that. it could be 1-2 days, but not always.

If you make any trouble or break rules, no commitment to the work, You will be asked to leave.

Its completely ok if you do not know anything for work, i will guide you.

I go for hot springs, rural areas, and camping for photography . You must be prepared . dates and times will be informed 2 day in advance


-ACCOMADATION

Our aim is to make sure all our volunteers are comfortable and happy. You will be given a Private room and Unlimited WIFI and a bicycle

Any proper visa is okay. but WE CANNOT PROVIEDE LETTERS or our information to IMMIGRATION
