Das Erlebnis

Crescent Moon is a wilderness retreat set on 100 acres by the sea.

This position would suit someone or a couple that would like to experience the beauty of Crescent Head whilst working at a retreat space that also functions as a conservation site. You will need your own accomodation - a tent or a van - and we provide a bush bathroom with hot water and laundry facilities.

We have a surfboard and bike also at your disposal.

8 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Haustierbetreuung: Betreuung und Pflege von Haustieren.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Camping: Du wirst in einem Zelt auf einem Campingplatz schlafen.

Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.

Kostenlose Wäsche: Du kannst unseren Waschraum frei nutzen.

Fahrräder zur Verfügung: Du kannst unsere Fahrräder jederzeit nutzen.

Abholung: Wir holen dich bei deiner Ankunft ab und bringen dich zu unserem Grundstück.

Grundlegender Internetzugang: Internet mit Grundgeschwindigkeit, damit du remote arbeiten kannst

Programmdetails

Housekeeping includes cleaning the camping bathroom, helping our primary housekeeper wash and change sheets, cooking perhaps if you are so inspired and general maintenance around the property such as raking, weeding and painting. The ideal candidates already have a passion for hospitality and enjoy learning the ins and outs of running a retreat.

Passion and previous experience is a must.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Shifts are fluid because guests come and go. This leaves ample time to explore our beautiful region.

A full day for our housekeeper might include cleaning the camping bathroom and raking leaves around the trees or weeding and fertilising the organic vegetable patches. An ability to cook is a plus but not necessary. We offer $25 an hour for extra but please don't book with us based on earning lots of cash. This is a holiday makers position.

A passion for animals is also a plus. Yuli, our kelpie lives on site and on top of your work we are grateful if you take her for a run on the beach a couple of times per week and doggie sit if we need to go out. This is unpaid but a part of the shared experience of living on the property. She is a love bug.
