Come join us in our friendly hostel as one of our team! We would love help with creating a community of backpackers here in our hostel. This means we want someone who can talk to guests or other solo travellers and help create a nice atmosphere!
We would also love additional help by having new eyes to help us improve our lovely old house (finding room defects, collecting trash blowing in the breeze, etc.) so that we can improve ourselves!

Programmdetails

We want someone interested in being a part of our team creating atmosphere, mingling with the guests, helping us to insure good feedback, and being a fresh set of eyes to notice how we can improve our house.

As we see our house every day, we find that someone traveling around will be able to notice things that we are blind to. This can truly help us to improve and become what we set out to be and increase the quality of our hostel.

We want someone who represents our team that enjoys talking to the guests like we do. However, as we get stuck at the reception or bar more often than not, it would be nice to have someone who is interested in talking to guests, especially other solo travellers, who can help us improve our customer experience.

We provide a bed, daily breakfast, and dinner when available. Also big bar discounts. Guest Kitchen available for use.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We want someone who can spend time encouraging our guests to enjoy the various activities and games we have at the hostel (volleyball, badminton, table tennis, beer pong, billiards, kicker) and join them as well as invite others to play. Sometimes people are shy, and we want to encourage togetherness. These transfer into positive reviews and feedback from guests, which we love!

We also would like fresh eyes to check out our old rooms-While renovated and modern, things get broken and if the guests do not tell us, then we never know what is wrong. We can get very busy, and we do not always have the time to go and check them ourselves. You will work closely with the General Manager and the Front Office Managers in ensuring that our rooms are in a good condition.
