Kirill and his family were very welcoming and helpful. They constantly checked up on us to ensure we was having a good time and that we was doing okay. We had many trips out together a group which helped to see the local area better than I could have alone. The area is very rural so being able to use a car for volunteers helps massively in feeling connected with society.

It was a great experience! The family is nice and welcoming, and work tasks change each day. I also enjoyed living on the ranch with the animals, the pond where we swam and the sauna.

Kirill and Natalia's warm hospitality and understanding nature immediately made us feel at ease. Their adorable children added to the welcoming atmosphere. Through their guidance, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Latvian culture and explore local activities. Our experience working on the farm was exceptional; they efficiently assigned daily tasks while ensuring we adhered to a reasonable five-hour workday. Living on the ranch was great, surrounded by playful animals and a serene lake perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing. Linsey and Summer :)

Had a lovely time at the farm. We had our own little house by the lake with a beautiful view. Kirill is very flexible with the working hours, he and Natalia will also be happy to give you some advices of what you should visit in Latvia What we do regret though is that we would have loved to share more moments with the family, we could have been closer to their lifestyle, working side by side, etc... it would have been a more fulfilling and richer experience ! but we were their first volunteers so it may explain it Thank you both for everything Em & Noriane
