We expect our worldpackers to be enthusiastic, organized, and ready to connect with guests from all over the world. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment, so we value responsibility and teamwork. You’ll assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and payments, and ensure both the reception area and common spaces remain clean and orderly. Additionally, you’ll help our guests with helpful tips and recommendations about Mendoza.

In return, you can expect to be part of a friendly and supportive team where your efforts are appreciated. We offer comfortable accommodation, breakfast, and guidance to explore Mendoza and its amazing surroundings. You’ll learn about hostel operations, gain experience in customer service, and have the opportunity to practice new languages and meet incredible people.
