I had such an amazing time at the farm! Baba, Miyuki, and Katsu are not only wonderful hosts (and great chefs!) but also make you feel like part of their family. The area is so peaceful, surrounded by local houses and fields, and I loved being able to hop on a bike to explore during my free time. Plus, you can see Mt. Fuji right from the house! The work itself was really enjoyable; you mostly do farm tasks. So if you like working in nature, the farm is the best place!

It was my first time volunteering, but even though I'm shy, I felt at home—strong and independent—with the host family. I was amazed by the nature and the social interactions with the locals. I truly enjoyed the experience and discovered meaningful details both within myself and in the world around me.

We loved the 2 weeks we spent in the guesthouse. the work was very light, flexible and variable which made it interesting everyday, there were 2 days in which we could not do much because it rained and Miyuki was very comprehensive about that. Everything else apart from de job was wonderful, the food baba made was delicious, the vibes, the hospitality, the views, we really loved it as a first volunteering experience. We were able to spend time with guests, doing english learning activities with kids and enjoying bbq. I would 100% recommend this experience and i hope to return in the future

O voluntariado com a Miyuki e Kacchan foi incrível! Me senti muito acolhida desde o início, como se eu fosse da família, mesmo não falando bem o japonês, consegui me comunicar bem pela flexibilidade do meus hosts que foram compreensivos, e mesmo assim, conseguimos ter longas conversas sobre diversos assuntos. A Baba também me tratou muito muito bem, mesmo não falando em inglês, fez questão de se comunicar comigo e almoçar comigo todos os dias. O trabalho foi bem explicado e consegui executar todas as tarefas! Muito obrigada a casa House, levarei essa experiência para sempre no meu coração♥️

Genuinely blown away for a first world packers experience, I couldn't recommend the farm enough! The family is so welcoming and fun to be around, their home is beautiful, the work engaging and the food is out of this world. Truly felt like our home away from home, such a special place we will have to return to. If you are reading this, apply!!!!

What an incredible experience living with an amazing family. This was our first world packers experience and we were welcomed into their home like family. The work was fun and different each day, the food was incredible and I wish we had stayed longer. All the best guys and I can't wait to come back again. I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Miyuki-San, Katsu-San and Baba was my first ever volunteer host and will always have a special place in my heart, they're so lovely, living a simple live and yet it's fulfilling live. They teach me how simple live can also be a life goal, and now my life goal is having a simple life in the country side, just like them. They also teach me how to live sustainable, by growing everything that we eat in our garden and using an energy as efficient as possible. They also teach me how truly is japanese hard work really are. I respect them so much and adore them at the same time. Arigatou! 🙇🏽😁

Instantly felt at home, was nervous because it was our first time volunteering but it turns out better than expected! Miyuki, Katsu, Baba, and Maachan all made sure we were well-accommodated with cozy private room and access to the common areas. Superb food and cozy place, breathtaking scenery, and they introduced us to locals who were so lovely and nice. Turns out such a beautiful life can exist! I hope I can come back one day 🥹✨

I'm so grateful for my time at the farm! Everyone is so kind and it felt like home. I really liked the work here. It was fun going around with Katchan and doing all sorts of tasks I never did before. The food was amazing! I would always find myself looking forward to dinner. It was fun to at the end of the day have a moment to eat with everyone. Ty for the amazing food Miyuki! It was always nice to visit Baba en Maa-chan. Despite my lack of Japanese, I enjoyed our conversations. Maa-chan is incredibly cute!🐱 Ty for the amazing experience! I'll miss you all and hope to visit again someday!❤️
