Das Erlebnis

The house is an old house, over 200 years old with 3 floors, which has already undergone renovations that I have carried out.
In addition to being my home, where I don't even spend much time because I have other projects in Lisbon and the Algarve, it is also inhabited by tenants who have a rented room, so you will stay in a space shared with other people where the common spaces have to always be organized and clean.

Programmdetails

Worldpackers are special people who want to exchange cultures and skills. Are happy people, adaptive, curious, and knowing that the host trust on them to help him with the according tasks. I hope that's your case.
That being said, in this position, I'm not asking for any special skill but help in a variety of tasks.
I will be here, at your side, at all time, so we can learn from each other.
Main tasks:
Clean the house thoroughly and keep things clean and organized.
The kitchen and bathroom are fundamental points in a house, so there should be no trace of grease or humidity, which means thorough cleaning as tenants don't worry too much about this.
Along side that all the comun areas should be always free for others can use. Respect others as you would like to be respected.
Remember that every task that you start, you should finish and ask for another.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

I need help to clean some garbage, cook, repair walls, working with ciment, paint, scan some documents, repair bycicles and so on.
Just help me in the most variable kind of tasks of my day to day life.
Some tasks can be hard and dusty.
When you apply, just tell me what you would like to do.
We will start our day at 7:00Am with breakfast.
As far as I know, you want to discover the culture and city, so, you will be free after lunch time.
Very importante. If you start a task, finish it and ask me what else can you do. If you take something from one place, put it back to the proper place.
More importante then how many hours you will be working it's the tasks you do.
Some times tasks take more then 4 hours, others times less wich mean that you will have more free time.
If you stay by my side assisting me in something that you like, consider it as we knowledge exchange, not work.

Respect tenants so you can be respected, respect me so I can respect you, maintaining comun spaces free for others it's a way of respect.
Don't leave a task halfway just because your working hour is over. - that's not respectfull.
When you finish a task, came to me and ask me for more.
Don't use headphones or mobile phone except at your free time and even so, remember that headphones cut comunication with people.
