This Is how volunteering should be! Felt welcomed and respected from the first time, the amount of work was reasonable and there's always some body to ask if you need help, both the managers and other fellow volunteers where great. I'm definetly looking forward to volunteer here again!

It has been a great experience here, I really loved this volunteering, my coworkers and all the friends that I made, Tallinn is a magical place that everyone should be at least once in their lifes plus u can travel a lot on your days off. So for all of u that r thinking about volunteering here the answer is YES Thanks to Jordy n Fausta for everything. ¡Pura Vida!

Second time at Monks the hostel. It was lovely and amazing, the work is 3 days per week wich is perfect to enjoy Tallinn and to travel in other cities/countries as well. The food, once again, plenty. They provide per week food (wich we make the list), plus money for everyday's dinner. The events are fun and doesnt seem like an actually work time. I had an incredible time, met amazing people from all over the world, I respect and Im thankful to everyone. Already planning my next time there.

I had the best time here ! The staff and volunteer team is amazing. The schedule is communicated ahead, and working 3 days a week gives you a lot of free time to travel around. I got to meet so many great people, and to discover Tallinn which is a very beautiful city. The work is not hard, you just need to remember everything, and you can always ask if you have a doubt. This has been my best volunteering experience so far, and I'll miss everyone ✨

By far the best volunteering experience i've ever had! the work didn't feel like work and i had a great time organising every event. plus, the hostel staff and guests are absolutely amazing, and the volunteers became a second family. this is possible thanks to the great work of the managers, that were very open and flexible. i hope to be back one day, thank you for everything!

The experience here was amazing, the staff and volunteers are like big cool family that hangout together and support each others. Really good experience to meet people all around the world and have an amazing time. The activities were super good manage so you really have time to da lot of other things in the city or even go travel around in some quick trips during days off. A most to do for travelers.

Had a great time in the hostel. The work was easy and really flexible which made it possible for us to even to daytrips in the surrounding cities. Fausta and Jordy were great hosts, always really helpful and understanding. the atmosphere was fun, we always had some parties, tournaments, movie nights, dinner together with the volunteers. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks to the other volunteers and staff, definitely will be back someday:) 100% recommended
