I really enjoyed my experience with Manuel. It was incredible, Manuel was super welcoming and hospitable. We cooked together where he introduced me to some Spanish dishes, and I ate highly nutritional meals daily, kindly provided by Manuel. It was so nice to be able to break away into the countryside where I can garden, look after animals and unwind. Manuel is very flexible and ensures you have a fun stay. The accomodation is also very comfortable and I learnt a lot from manuel. I will miss it!!
