Hello/xin chào. We are a tour comapny, based in Ha Giang city, north Vietnam. We are looking for volunteers to help us promote our tour company on social media and lend a hand in our 2 restaurants.

Your role will be to help in the restaurants in the morning and evening and then help with social media, promoting our businesses.

About us:
We run a premium Ha Giang Loop tour, with private rooms in luxury homestays, more stops on the loop and the best customer service. We also have 2 restaurants (next to each other) in Ha Giang city (the start and end of the loop); a Vietnemese restaurants and a Taco restaurant.


Aktivitäten & Schichten

You will help 5 hours a day for 6 days per week, with 1 day off per week.

Your role:
You will be at the front of our business, helping customers before and after their tour so it is vital that you're friendly and approachable. An average day will look like this:
8am-10am: serve customers breakfast, make coffee, help them with bag tags etc. and send them out on their tour. During this time, when it's quieter you will create social media content/help getting customer reviews.
10am-5pm: free time! We have a 50cc bike you're welcome to use (you don't need a license to ride this in Vietnam). Local to us we have a waterfall, some beautiful viewpoints, a market, a gym and a pool
5pm-8pm: welcome groups back off the tour, help in either of the 2 restaurants, serving customers, helping clean up etc.

Regeln

You will sleep in one of my hostel dorms, could be alone or with other volunteers or with other clients (depends on how many people are going to be in the hostel, this may vary on the season). Every dorm has A/C and bunk beds with curtains plus a shared bathroom with hot water and fast wifi.

We will provide you 3 meals per day cooked by our staff: breakfast, lunch and dinner plus free filtered water.

Our homestay is close to the bus station, so it will be easy for you to walk here, no need to pay a taxi or a car.

As a tour company for the Ha Giang Loop, we can offer a discount on tours to those that go above and beyond for us. If you decide to do the loop with us, we require full payment upfront and then once you've provided us with the deliverables (set out prior to the tour) we will refund a percentage to you.
