Programmdetails

Volunteers will be given ample training as to what we're asking of them prior to them beginning to make sure they're comfortable with the role. They'll be expected to help us promote our events and also given the option to partake as event staff and help with the running of the events also if they like. We'll give them all the information, locations and any extra advice they may need to help them prosper in this role as sometimes approaching either other hostels guests or tourists in local hotspots. Worldpackers can expect to be able to comfortably approach us with any issues or anything that may arise and also expect us to provide them with accommodation located very centrally, free drinks and food at our events and commission is available based on performance.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We'll have a daily meeting where we can catch up and reflect on what is working/not working for everybody. From there promoters will split in to groups or go by themselves (as they prefer) and spend their time at the beaches and local hotspots promoting our amazing events. They'll have all the utilities needed to make a pitch and sale. Two will be on the boat itself helping us create a good vibe for all our guests.
Actual timings may vary depending on what part of the season it is and some may prefer working in the afternoons or evenings, happy to be super flexible as long as we see the effort!

Regeln

Just being able to party responsibly as you will be representing us all around town. Also we ask you to be honest and communicative with us during working hours as it's a self reliant role and it's up to each individual to push themselves.
