This program's mainly focused on practicing speaking English and exchanging culture among local Koreans and also with volunteers from overseas. I believe that the best way to fully explore a certain country or a city is to actually bond and build a friendship with locals and that is what we locals here are excited to do!!
We are trying to make an environment where everybody can join the conversation.

Programmdetails

This exchange program's main purpose is to help local Koreans having opportunities in practicing their English speaking skills. We expect from you to have nice and friendly conversations with the locals while you can connect with them as an opportunity to meet new friends and explore Seoul!

We will provide a hostel dormitory style accommodation close to our cafe. (15~20 minutes walking distance)
You will be sharing the room with fellow volunteers and we have 3 bedrooms, one big living room, toilet, kitchen. Free wifi and utensils for cooking are also provided.

Things we provide with accommodation:
Free Wi-fi (both at the cafe and dorm)
Toilet
Shower
Washing machine
Bed/bedsheets/pillows
Other simple living utilities

Aktivitäten & Schichten

You will be volunteering for 3 hours per day, 5 days a week.
On Saturdays, the shift is 4 hours, and it is done every other week (bi-weekly).
You will get Sundays and one additional random day off each week.
You will share house duties and responsibilities with the people staying during the same dates.

Regeln

We have house rules and cleaning duties that are randomly given every week, so everybody collaborate in keeping the house clean and tidy and creating a nice living environment!
All of our dorms are mixed gender, since we have so many volunteers coming and going!
No racism, sexism and violence are tolerated! This will get you a direct ticket out of our program!
