Mi voluntariado con Gigliola fue excelente. Las tareas no son difíciles: limpiar la casa, baños, cocina, preparar habitaciones para los huéspedes (cambiar sábanas, etc.) y ayudar con el check-in. Las acomodaciones son excelentes, me sentí muy cómoda. Fui la única voluntaria durante 3 semanas, y como Gigliola estaba ocupada, a veces me sentí algo sola. En mis días libres visité Venecia, Trento, Lago di Garda, Verona y Padova, etc.. Un detalle a tener en cuenta: la estación de tren está a unos 20 caminando. No encontré taxis ni vi información sobre estaciones de autobuses.

Ha sido una experiencia genial aunque corta, Gilgiola ha sido una hoster maravillosa y también Lucas! Si te gusta la naturaleza, cuidar del huerto, estar tranquila y el arte es el sitio idóneo, además he hecho una amistad muy bonita con la otra viajera❤️ Las tareas son sencillas y rápidas, hace buena temperatura ahora en verano y las habitaciones son frescas y el sitio muy bonito, limpio y nuevo☺️ Pude visitar Padova i Vicenza además, las recomiendo un montonazo😼 Ya quiero volver!!

This was an amazing work exchange! Schio is a smaller, laid back city that made for the perfect place for our home base. Gigliola was fantastic as well, making us feel welcome and being thorough when explaining tasks. Gigliola is a very busy and because of this, we did not always have much warning for certain days when she needed projects done. However, Gigliola was also very flexible with our work schedules and that allowed us time to visit other cities around Italy. Gigliola also made time to take us up to the mountains for hiking. I would recommend this work exchange to anyone!

Gigliola was a fantastic host and I loved my experience here. The responsibilities were very simple and straightforward. We had plenty of free time to explore Schio and visit other places after completing our tasks and during our days off. The town is gorgeous and very peaceful. Gigliola bought us dinner our first night here, she told us about local festivals, and we went on several hikes with her as well. She was very easygoing about our schedule and explained all of our tasks very well. It was so nice meeting her and having her as a host!

Estuve con mi pareja y la experiencia en dúo fue increíble, nos repartíamos las actividades y terminábamos muy rápido. Esto nos permitió tener tiempo para visitar algunos lugares cerca. Es muy bonito y recomiendo la experiencia.

Este fue nuestro primer voluntariado, y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. Las actividades son tal cual las especificadas, muy fáciles de hacer y te queda mucho tiempo libre para explorar lugares cercanos, a 5 minutos caminando hay una parada de bus que te lleva hasta Vicenza. A 30m hay una estación, si quieres ir más lejos. Aprendí palabras en Italiano que no conocía, aunque nos comunicamos en español gran parte del tiempo. Me hubiera gustado estar más tiempo aquí. Gracias a Gigliola por todo, ella es una mujer muy trabajadora y especial.

Ah it was very good experience. Schio is beautiful, those mountains and snow on top was amazing. Lully is very welcoming, and the people as well. To keep the house organized it's was easy as well, clean those bathrooms, kitchen and upstairs and sometimes some rooms. Ah and separate the recicles pet tetra park and garbage.

Gigliola is a very kind and very lovely person, she taught the tasks that need to be done during the week and if there is anything different. The tasks are very simple, but you need to be proactive to keep the environment clean and organized. The room is simple but comfortable. Schio has a great location and it is possible to visit the entire region by train. There are trails with magnificent landscapes. It was an incredible experience and I had no problems or negative points.

Nos llevamos una muy buena impresión de Gigliola, siempre comunicativa, atenta y cálida con nosotros, incluso invitándonos la primera cena. Las tareas fueron las acordadas: pocas horas y tareas livianas. Lamentablemente, debimos retirarnos antes de lo previsto por un malentendido con un inquilino por unas llaves que tomamos por error. Aun tras explicarlo, el inquilino tuvo actitudes hostiles, como una acusación falsa y una amenaza. Tras hablarlo con Gigliola, nos informó que la persona estaba incontrolable y nos recomendó retirarnos. Debido a esto, la experiencia no fue positiva para nosotros.
