Das Erlebnis
We are a small family business hotel in La Ventana located 50 minutes from La Paz. We have 11 bungalows. We are a minute away from the beach.
Nov-Mar is a bit colder and the winds are a bit stronger which means it's kite season.
April-Oct there's low wind and is more optimal for diving, snorkeling etc.

25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.
Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.

2 freie Tage pro Woche
Team dorm: Du bekommst ein Bett in einem Gemeinschaftszimmer, was bedeutet, dass du dir den Raum mit anderen Personen teilst.
Frühstück: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Frühstück an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.
Mittagessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Mittagessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.
Abendessen: Du hast Anspruch auf ein kostenloses Abendessen an jedem Tag deines Aufenthalts.
Rabatte in Restaurants: Erhalte Rabatte in nahegelegenen Restaurants.

Programmdetails
We need a volunteer to help our bar and restaurant staff. Volunteers will prepare drinks, help serve the clients, keep the restaurant clean and make sure clients are having a good time!
Aktivitäten & Schichten
You'll be doing max 25 hours per week. Usually 5 hours or in the morning or in the afternoon. If you do extra hour one day will be compensated in the same week.
Regeln
Report to work with clean and professional clothes.
Keep your living quarters clean. We will supervise it weekly.
No drugs are allowed in your room or on the property of Palapas Ventana.
No use of your mobile phone or computer during your working hours.
No guest is allowed to spend the night in your living quarters.
You can not sleep in our guests' rooms (casitas), even if they invite you.
You can not drink alcohol while you are working.
If you get drinks after work, you must pay for them and behave professionally.
While you are working for us, you can not work for another company, even on your days off.
While you are working in the restaurant you must follow the checklist that your supervisor provides.
