My experience at the hostel was amazing! The staff is helpful and flexible with working hours and days off. Thanks to them, work never felt like actual work. I felt at home as soon as I arrived. The people are friendly and warm. I discovered other cultures and practised many languages by talking and listening to guests and volunteers. It has helped me a lot to widen my view of the world while making new friends in the process. I highly recommend it!

I never expected such an incredible experience how was it, they made me feel like family, I really enjoyed the time with my colleagues and with the guests. I will never forget you. Manager Adam does an excellent. the tasks were simple and did not require more than a few hours. about Edinburgh is a magical city to enjoy and discover. Without doubts I would do it again!

The experience in the hostel was amazing, it gives you the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world and learn about their customs. It's a place where you feel at home and the others volunteers become your family. The vibe of the hostel is magical and it is an environment of kindness, fellowship and happiness. Adam was the best manager ever! The schedule is pretty flexible and easy to do. The staff is always open to help and teach you how to do the work, having patient and respect. This experience couldn't have been better! All I can say is thank you!🤍

This was my first volunteering and I don't regret having done it, I've met many people with whom I can share experiences and improve my English. The work was easy to understand and do, I had no problem with it and if you need you can change the days off without any problem. the hostel is a cozy place, where from the first day I felt integrated into the group and it is appreciated to be in a foreign country. None of this would have been possible without Adam, the manager, and the rest of the staff, who gave me all the help possible. I hope to find a place like this again in the future.

This experience was marvellous for many reasons, but mainly because the team of volunteers were so friendly and welcoming. Plus, as soon as your shift is over, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy Edinburgh and its facilities. Visits and parties are organized between the volunteers every week. Life is never dull at the hostel.

Lamentable sólo pude estar 2 semanas, ya que tuve problemas para llegar, ya que los trenes estaban de huelga y a pesar que 2 veces me cancelaron el tren, el manager fue muy flexible y mantuvo mi cupo en el voluntariado, estoy muy agradecida. Las personas del hostal son muy amables y el lugar es muy limpio y cómodo. Lo recomiendo al mil

Thank you to the hostel for this amazing experience ! The work was easy and the work hours were respected. I had plenty of times to visit, meet the other volunteers and most importantly getting better at pool 🙄 Everyone was welcoming from the start and made you feel at home.
