I really enjoyed my first volunteer experience in this hostel. All the team were nice, flexible and kind. I will never forget the amazing friends that I made there and I will take this experience in my heart forever. I was practically working in all the areas of the hostel (kitchen/cleaning toilets and showers/house keeping/dinning room) and was never bored. The schedules were nice and flexible and I really enjoyed the food that was given. Thanks for letting us use the gym and hope the lift get fixed quickly for everyone.

My experience at the hostel was amazing!! couldn't ask for a better place to volunteer, the work is easy and the hours respected, the staff were always great with me and ready to help with anything, especially Jacob who always managed to brighten up everyone's morning. The location is perfect, close to everything, I met a lot of people and made some good friends. I'll really miss my days there, hope to be back soon :))

Jacob who is in charge of the volunteers and all the administrative team are excellent people, they are very flexible and have good communication, the food is quite complete and delicious, it is prepared by a chef, the tasks are quite simple and very few hours a day, you have enough time to explore London, besides the hostel has a very good location, it has 2 main stations very close, the volunteer team is great you can make many friends, the room is shared and very well equipped, there is also a gym that can be used , I felt like in a second home, I hope to come back soon :).

I spent an amazing 5 weeks at the hostel and I can only be grateful. The food is excellent, the working hours are respected, and the location couldn't be better. I made friends from all over the world, practised my English, and enjoyed London :) I hope to come back soon!

The hostel is a good option if you're staying for a short time (around a month). There's a fair balance between what you get and the work you're expected to do. However, if you're planning to stay longer, the experience changes a lot — you will find yourself exposed to non suitable situations and doing tasks that go beyond what's expected. Which make you go through bad moments. So, if you're just passing through, it's a great choice. But if you're looking for a long-term stay, I'd suggest checking other the hostel houses or even other companies :)

A minha experiência no hostel foi muito especial! Conheci muita gente boa, pratiquei bastante inglês, fui bem recebida, mas há pontos importantes: faltou mais clareza de informações (treinamentos) e o trabalho no dining room é um pouco puxado, pois só há 1 day off e no final de semana trabalhamos dobrado. Além disso, os chefs são um pouco difíceis de lidar e alguns colegas voluntários também podem dificultar o processo. Mas em um geral, adorei! Voltaria e recomendo!

My stay at the hostel was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have picked a better place. The job is easy and the shifts are quite short. I had enough time to have a life outside of volunteering as well as spend time with the team and staff, which was very welcoming and always ready to help. The location is ideal and well connected. My stay was over too soon and I hope to be back:)

It was an amazing experience! The people was super welcoming and cool and the tasks super easy. The meals were great and the rations big enough to eat twice so was never hungry! Really recommended!
