It was a really nice stay with a lovely team! Everthing regarding the shifts and the work is very well organized. Everyone knows what Tasks are to be fullfilled and you have checklist to make it easy and efficient for everyone. The hosts are taking care a lot about how the volunteers are feeling at their stay, their needs and that everyone has a good stay. They were always there regarding questions or if someone needed help with anything. I would highly recommend this volunteering expierience :)

Ive had the best time at the guest house. The place , but especially the people is what made this experience nothing but positive for me. I look back on my time in Sagres with a smile on my face and I will definitely be back ! ◡̈

I really enjoyed my time at Aldeia. All the people there are amazing and very kind. Poli, the manager and Lukas, the owner are the best and always there for you. I was doing housekeeping and morning shift, both were very easy to learn and to do. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves surfing, watching the best sunsets and being part of the community. I will definitely return! :)

This place truely has my heart! The nature, the people, the experiences and fun evenings were amazing! The people just go with the flow and live in the very moment, so many beautiful souls that I met! Especially Poli, our manager, who is the sweetest person and always layed a hand when things got busy. Big thanks to everyone!!!

I had an amazing time at Aldeia ! The atmosphere was really nice, and everyone was so welcoming and kind.🌞 The work was well organized and relaxed, with a good balance between tasks and free time. I did a few volunteering experiences and this was one of the best ones I did. The work isn't very hard and it's doable. I absolutely loved the place, the hostel and all the people I met there. The manager Poli was so nice, she always made sure we were fine and everything is okey. Sagres is a very cute place with beautiful beaches and even better sunsets. So I recommend it a lot to go there.

I absolutely loved it at Aldeia! I immediately felt welcome and at home! Everyone is so so kind, attentive, supportive and open. I really felt like a part of the Aldeia family very quickly. Also Sagres is such a beautiful small city! You could really say paradise on earth. Especially because of the people who male that place so special :) thank you guys for this amazing experience and hopefully see you soon 🫶🏼

Aldeia instantly felt like home ♥️ Good vibes, and the kind of people you just click with. The work was super chill and well organized.. nothing crazy. That said, the manager Poli and the owners, are amazing! ✨ Sagres is full of adventures and amazing places to see, don't get me started on the sunsets… 🌅 I left with a full heart but also left a piece of it there 🥹 Thank you guys (Manca, Silvia, Daniele, Natalia, Polinaaa, Amelie 🥰 ) for everything! 🫶🏻

Aldeia felt like a home away from home from day one. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the hostel is so beautiful, and Sagres is a cute, chill little town with everything you need: stunning beaches, hikes, surfing and other water activities are just a few minutes away! I tried both the housekeeping/breakfast shift and the reception and the job was really easy, the working hours are respected and everyone helps each other. The staff lives in a nice house 10 minutes from the hostel and right next to a supermarket, but you are encouraged to spend as much time as you want at the hostel!
