My experience in the hostel has been AMAZING. I spent 3 weeks there I can only recommend this host. The staff is superfriendly and I had a great time, not only working with them, but also in my free time. Just spending time in reception or in the bar talking with everyone felt like hanging out with friends. The working hours are only 4 and most of the time was socializing with guests. It's well located, they explain everything to you perfectly and you have enough time to enjoy your holidays and travel around. Grazie mille the hostel!!! I would repeat! Vedi Napoli e poi muori

I had an amazing time at the hostel! I had already fallen in love with Naples last year but this time with such a central location and an amazing team of people from Naples at my disposal I feel like I got to know the city so much better. I grew very fond of the people I worked with and got to practise my Italian (although my Neapolitan is still dreadful…something to work on for next time). We had a lot of fun and the work was exactly what was agreed on. The tasks were simple, essentially being an extra pair of hands while interacting with the guests. Highly recommend! Alla prossima! 💙

I had a great experience at the hostel, the place is very clean, and I could get to know many travelers from many different countries. The tasks were ok, the night shift is usually easier. The staff was very friendly and nice, and the activities at the hostel help a lot to socialize and have fun!

I really enjoyed being at TricTrac. The most important thing to me is that the staff members aways were very kind, I enjoyed working together with each of them :) the tasks are not difficult and I could always ask if I had any questions. The hostel is a fresh and clean building. The tasks are not difficult. I shared great moments both with the guests and the staff members, and could explore Napoli and the surroundings during my stay. I would always come back :)

It was a very good experience! The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and new, the tasks are easy… Naples is a city with a special charm, and I also enjoyed the company of many guests, so it's a 100% recommended experience.

Una muy buena experiencia en Nápoles. Todo el personal es maravilloso y te ayudan en todo. Gracias a Martina, Gabrielle, Niki, Lorenzo, Emanuel... me reí mucho con ellos y mejoré mi italiano :) El hostal está muy limpio y tiene aire acondicionado. Las tareas son muy fáciles, solo 4 horas al día y tienes tiempo para disfrutar de tu día en Nápoles y alrededores. Conocí a mucha gente que se hospedaba en el hostal e hice planes con ellos. ¡Toda una experiencia! Muy recomendable si eres una persona sociable y abierta y te gusta interactuar con gente :)

Doing this volunteering experience at the hostel has been one of the best experiences in my life, I had the opportunity to meet many people from all over the world and build some friendships what actually makes me feel so happy. Napolitans are so interesting and have great vibe literally since the first "ciao". Talking about the chores you will learn and have fun at the same time, those are super easy. Last but not less the staff is incredible, and the hostel looks always stunning. Thank you so much the hostel for trusting me and gave me the chance to be part of the team.

Working in the hostel was one of the greatest experiences of my life! This was my first time in Worldpackers and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a cool experience :) The staff is great, hostel facilities are flawless and you'll have a great time with all the guests!

Estuve 3 semanas en TricTrac y no quería irme! Llegué sin expectativas a Nápoles y me dejó enamorado, es un lugar súper estratégico para quedarse ya que hay muchos destinos turísticos a su alrededor. Me hice muy amigo del personal quienes me han hecho sentir muy bienvenido, aparte pude mejorar mi italiano, desarrollar nuevas habilidades y conocer, en el hostel, a personas de todo el mundo. La ubicación de Trictrac es ideal y las instalaciones son todas nuevas. El trabajo era muy tranquilo, solo 4 horas x día (turno mañana o noche) lo cuál te permite recorrer y disfrutar. Sin dudas regresaría

I did 3 weeks of volunteering and it was a great experience. I was helping out Niky at breakfast time, cleaning dishes, and chatting with guests of the hostel. On other days I was with Martina, as a bartender at night time I learn to do Aperol drinks. Where I was promoting the Karaoke night, which is a lot of fun. Pasta and pizza night were also great and easy to help clean the kitchen. The hostel is very clean, big, and well-located. I did day trips to Capri and Positano on my free days. I would recommend this volunteering to practice your Italian and to get to know about Italian culture.
