For the full month of October, we are urgently searching for one new person to join our team, mostly to help out at the reception and social guiding, with a bit of housekeeping help.

30 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche
Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.
Party-Promoter: Hilfe bei der Organisation und Promotion von Partys und sozialen Aktivitäten.
Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.
Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.

Programmdetails
We are currently recruiting staff for the 2025 summer season (from mid April to the end of October). Various volunteer positions and roles are available. Please feel free to contact us here with your CV attached, and let us know if you have any experience in hospitality (hostel, hotel, reception, cleaning, bartending, kitchen, etc.).
IMPORTANT: For volunteers, the minimum stay period is 1 month. For reception and housekeeping positions, the minimum stay is 3 months, and this will be one of the most important factors in selecting our new staff and volunteers.

Aktivitäten & Schichten
Our hostel is a very social place with a laid-back, fun atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to soak up everything this special island has to offer. Hvar is a fairy-tale city with a rich history, stunning architecture, breathtaking nature, fresh and delicious cuisine, and vibrant nightlife that lasts until dawn—so you'll never be bored! :)
Working hours and shifts depend on your role, position, and daily tasks, but they are always between 5 till 8 hours per day, with one or two days off per week.
We provide free accommodation in our staff apartment, free food, free laundry, and free use of our scooters and bikes when available.
Regeln
1. Before applying, please read our reviews on Hostelworld, Google, and TripAdvisor to get a sense of our team and family atmosphere, as well as our high professional standards. For us, this is not just a job—it's our home and lifestyle, and we expect the same energy and commitment from our staff and volunteers.
2. After completing the training process with our management (we also provide written SOPs for every task), if your standards, performance, or behavior do not meet our expectations, you may be asked to leave on short notice.
3. We have zero tolerance for drama or "drama kings and queens."
4. Respect your colleagues in the staff apartment and their need for rest. ALWAYS clean immediately after using or cooking something, and be detailed and thorough. Treat the entire space as if it were a sailing boat—everything must be clean and returned to its original place.
