At the hostel it was the best first experience I could have wished for. The work is not heavy at all, and thanks to Viktorija, Olija and Marinella it also becomes fun. The receptionists, Lana, Katarina, Maya and Dijana are different between each other but all beautiful people who welcome you with open arms right from the start, especially Dijana who always made sure everything was fine. I was also lucky enough to meet some fantastic volunteers who made my stay at the hostel even more special. The hostel is very clean and its location is great, super recommended!

It was truly amazing experience in particularly everything that I could have never imagined how smooth and uncomplicated it'd go at first."Feel like home" was the motto of all the staff who were kind,friendly and 'd been handing me any kind of help, with broad pleasure and jolly smile on the face whenever I asked for. The people I met, both the volunteers and the guests, were incredibly nice.The bunch of funny and unforgettable moments made my stay exceptional. The workload is overall not hard and undemanding and doable as it's not required to accomplish tough tasks. I wish I'll return one day

Mi estancia en el hostel,fue fantástica . solo tengo buenas palabras para todo el staff son personas maravillosas,que intentan que tu experiencia allí sea la mejor posible en todos los aspectos.Desde la flexibilidad en los dias libres hasta cualquier problema personal, como fue mi caso,siempre te facilitarán las cosas. Agradecido de todo corazón por haberme acogido como a uno más de la familia y por el detalle el día de mi cumpleaños 😁. gracias por ser tan especiales 🫶

I could not have hoped for a better first time volunteering experience. We as volunteers have always done only the agreed upon amount of work, which of course can be finished earlier if you are a fast worker, although i can imagine this hostel getting quite busy during holidays. Everyone at reception is not going to hesitate to help you in any way and always with a smile on their face. I hope one day I will return.

Tuve una increible estadía! Las chicas del staff son todas adorables y nos cuidaron mucho. El hostel está en muy buen estado y bien ubicado, se camina a toda la ciudad desde ahí. Las horas se respetan y se pueden coordinar los días libres.

The hostel is first of all a fantastic family. I had my first experience there and it could not have been better! The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They welcomed me and they explained with a lot of passion and clarity everything I had to do. Besides, they were always open to any kind of conversation. The work is pretty easy, even in the high season, and the work conditions are respected. Zagreb is a small but nice and dynamic city, and the hostel is just 5-minute walk from the main square. If you want to meet new people and have fun I truly recommend this place!

I stayed at the hostel for approximately one month. It marked my first volunteering experience, and it was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive, and the workload never exceeded the predetermined expectations. Moreover, the hostel is conveniently located just a short distance from the city center. I highly recommend this experience!
