We need an extra help at reception in an amazing hostel in Sicily!

Hello :) We are searching for some volunteers who would like to come and help in Sicily! Our hostel is located in beautiful Taormina/Giardini-Naxos, Sicily, 300 meters from the sea and on the foot of Mt. Etna. Some of your responsibilities include: welcoming guests on arrival, checking guests into and out of the hostel, taking payments, a bit of cleaning and of course have fun! Rezeption: Hilf bei Check-ins, Check-outs und Gästebetreuung.
Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.
Verwaltung: Hilf bei Buchungssystemen und Zahlungen.

Programmdetails
The day is divided into three shifts of five hours each: morning, afternoon, evening. The volunteers will do one of these shifts which will be communicated to them through a schedule. They will have one day off per week.
Aktivitäten & Schichten
All you have to do is welcoming guests, dealing with new reservations, taking payments, cleaning the common areas and answering questions about our area. In exchange for your help we offer accomodation and food, wi-fi, kitchen facilities, laundry, linens and towels, all the hostel services, some free tours and free time to enjoy Sicily.
Regeln
Volunteers just need to mantain a good atmosphere in the hostel, be polite and keep the envoironment they live in clean.
