Cuando Roberto no esta en el Hostel todo va sobre ruedas, Xavi gestiona el solito mucho mejor, pero todo lo contrario cuando el esta. Puso a algunos voluntarios en mi contra al momento de su llegada diciéndoles que tuvieran cuidado conmigo como es el caso Danayara. Le falta profesionalidad a la hora de establecer relaciones con los voluntarios.

Es una lástima que la actitud de Magdalena Asunta haya cambiando, tuvimos varias quejas de huéspedes y voluntarios por los tratos indiferentes y groseros al punto que acortaban su estadía, a Dayanara la llamo tonta por una cuestión simple, esta actitud perjudicó al Hostel enormemente y nosotros no permitimos, ni permitiremos malos trato de ninguna de las partes.

El lugar es acogedor, bonito y limpio, recomiendo full la experiencia para quien desee conocer la magia de Baños y sus alrededores ⛰️

Roberto was kind & took time to talk with us. Xavi (mgmt) was absolutely amazing/kind and made our trip so much more special!!!! The location was gorgeous! The work: hours that you sign up for before arriving are Not accurate. It says 24 hours a week, but you work 30hrs a week (part of why we left early) if you aren't working night shifts, & are expected to be present for social events @ the hostel like movie night even if you are not on shift. The work isn't hard, but 5 hours a day and only $7.50 to stay as a guest, not worth the exchange. Left early bc I did not sign up for what was given!

I loved my stay at the hostel ! Baños is beautiful and full of things to do. Roberto and the team are flexible with hours so you can find time to enjoy the town and it's activities. We were a great group of volunteers and that made it a great experience!! Thank you !

My stay at Papachos was such a nice experience. mainly because of the other guests and volunteers but also because the place itself is great to relax and still adventurous. Roberto is a really nice guy and very understanding. he is always reachable when I had a question and was willing to help. nevertheless there were times where it was difficult because he had very high expectations for the volunteers that were difficult to reach especially in the first few days. all in all I would recommend Papachos as a place to feel ah home and da few tasks in exchange for a very nice time!:)

Si deseas aventurarte a baños, este es el lugar cuasi-perfecto !!!! Por no decir que es el único que encontrarás aventuras, disfrutarás de compañía de personas que están dentro de su propio viaje y hacen que tu estancia estés de lo más cerca a estar en casa, María Alejandra se asegurara que tú estés a gusto con ella ya que dentro de nuestro grupo fue quien pudo salvarnos de irnos por la borda de forma individual ella logró que todos nos uniéramos y forjemos un grupo de voluntarios que cada uno se llevó un pedazo de mi buena chispa, vibra y buenas energías…. Roberto como anfitrión 5🌟

La experiencia que viví fue muy buena. Roberto ha sido un excelente anfitrion y he pasado unos buenos días en Baños. las tareas fueron claras y los tiempos respetados. Lo recomiendo como experiencia.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time at the hostel! The hostel is really nice, the work and hours are very reasonable and Banos is a lovely area to explore. Roberto was helpful and organised in making sure our time there was a good one. We really recommend to anyone and everyone!
