Emprende Verde is a self-sustainable farm in Horquetas de Sarapiquí, Costa Rica, focused on goat care and the artisanal production of goat milk products like cheese, soap, and yogurt.
We offer volunteers a transformative experience far from the noise of the city. Here, you'll learn to live in harmony with the environment by contributing to cultivation, waste management, hydroponics, composting, and other practices that support self-reliance.

20 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Hauswirtschaft: Hilfe beim Wechseln der Bettwäsche und allgemeiner Hauswirtschaft.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Gartenarbeit: Hilf beim Pflanzenanbau und der Gartenpflege

Zusätzliche Gebühr erforderlich

Betrag: US$ 100 Pro Woche

Gebühr bezahlt für: Vorteile für Reisende, Materialien für Freiwilligenaktivitäten und Spende an das Projekt

Beschreibung: The weekly payment includes: 3 daily meals, lodging in a shared cabin, washing machine, tools needed to achieve the tasks, transportation from Horquetas to the farm (The farm is located 3km from the towncenter) El pago semanal incluye: 3 comidas diarias, alojamiento en cabaña compartida, lavadora, herramientas necesarias para la realización de las tareas , transporte desde Horquetas hasta la finca (La finca se encuentra a 3km del pueblo)

🐐 What You'll Do
At Emprende Verde, volunteers play an active role in supporting our mission of sustainable living and well-being. Depending on the season and your interests, your daily activities may include:

- Goat Care: Feeding, grooming, milking, and general animal maintenance
- Artisanal Production: Assisting in the creation of cheese, yogurt, natural soaps, and other goat milk products
- Organic Farming: Planting, weeding, composting, and harvesting vegetables and herbs
- Hydroponics & Composting: Learning and working with sustainable food systems
- Eco-Projects: Supporting ongoing sustainability efforts like natural building, recycling systems, or permaculture initiatives
- Community Life: Cooking shared meals, helping with farm maintenance, and participating in cultural exchange with our team and other volunteers
