Programmdetails

We are looking for a Bar-woman with some relevant experience to help us with evening shifts at the bar. The volunteering tasks include cleaning the bar, helping at the bar with preparation and sale of drinks, engaging with the guests and informing them of promotions and helping at the reception desk when needed. We are looking for a friendly person with proactive attitude and good communication skills who can confidently engage with the guests and make them feel welcome to use the bar.

What we offer in return is the posibility to win the 15% of all the drinks that you can sell, having most of the day all to yourself, as well as 2 free days per week, together with the opportunity to enjoy and use our beachfront place, located within a few minutes walk from the town centre, and of course easy access to everything the beach life in Mancora has to offer in your free time.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

We are looking for 2 volunteers to work on the following days:

Turn A:
From Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm to 8pm.
The days off will be Monday and Tuesday.

Turn B:
From Friday to Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm.
The days off will be Wednesday and Thursday.

When you join us you become part of the team so we would be happy to share activities, meals or knowledge together.

Regeln

Things to note:
*We accept FEMALE VOLUNTEERS only due to the shared sleeping accommodation being a female only room.

*Our employed staff and most of our guests are Spanish speakers, so the volunteers must be happy to interact in Spanish and use the volunteering as an opportunity to improve or practice their language skills.

*Breaking any of the rules described will be grounds for canceling the program.
*The use of drugs or narcotics is not allowed.
*It is essential to stay sober during the entrusted activities.
*You must respect the house and maintain the care of the facilities.
*The entry of people who do not belong to the volunteer program is prohibited.
*Visitors cannot use the facilities.
*Kitchen facilities are solely for the preparation of personal food and not comercial.
