Programmdetails

We have been managing 2 hostels and one share-house offering the international base to those who visit to Tokyo from all over the world.

FACILITIES in the share-house:
・Log cabin style dorm bed with your own work space, desk and chair, private space
* Eating and speaking work are not allowed in the dorm room
・Mattress, futon(duvet), pillow and covers provided
・Coin-Laundry on roof top / 200JPY per 4 KG
・Free wifi on every floor
・Common areas, like living room, kitchen, roof top,
・Basic cooking facilities installed

LOCATION:
・Just 30 seconds walk to 100JPY Lawson, a convenience store
・5 minutes walk to "SENTO", a public bath house.
・7 minutes walk to super market
・10 minuets walk to the subway stations
Good access to main areas in Tokyo

Regeln

VISA:
We could only accept a staff with proper VISA, "WORKING HOLIDAY", student, work, etc.
* Tourist VISA is NOT VALID
* Must need valid visa to allow you to work

DEPOSIT:
10000JPY deposit must be paid at the beginning
・We will refund this deposit when the program is finished
・We could not refund it if we have any troubles like lack of cleaning hours, facility damage, breaking house rules etc

CLEANING TIME and SCHEDULE :
・3 hours cleaning from 10am to 13pm (first 5 days 10am to 13:30 for training)
・8 days offs in 28 days (4 days offs in 14 days), day-offs will be arranged on your request basically. The cleaning shift would be completed for one month so the day-off request should be claimed at least one week before next month.

・No eating, no speaking in loud in the dorm room
