Definitely a fantastic experience and just what I needed. Ana and Jorge, the hosts, were absolutely wonderful!! They both were the hotel about everything, including taking me/us along with them to see new places. The staff, even while speaking different languages, were so sweet and smiling. It all felt like being part of a big family. The work helping on the new addition was satisfying, and fun working with Gerard and the other volunteers. I absolutely recommend this to all!! They are wonderful and I definitely want to go back and visit when I'm the hotel again! ❤️

Such a beautiful place! It's very inspiring to know how Ana and Jorge created that place from scratch and how they manage it. For sure I learned from it. I'm really glad they accepted me besides my job, and we manage to organize a schedule I could always be part of. They always take more than one volunteer, so it's great to connect with people. Work had good days and hard days, the fixed staff sometimes is stressed and I think it shouldn't split on volunteers, but I'm sure Ana is taking care of it, and maybe it was a one time event. Overall, I totally recommend it and would like to come back!

Ana y Jorge son una pareja encantadora, muy organizada y trabajadora. El mes que hemos estado en Ponte Pedra ha sido increíble y me he sentido como en casa. Si es cierto que el trabajo ha sido duro (jardinería, mantenimiento, etc.), pero también muy gratificante. Las instalaciones son inmejorables y el trato también. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%! Volveremos pronto...

Los mejores huéspedes que puedes tener. Muy agradables, respetuosos y generosos. Nos dieron ( a mi pareja y a mí) una habitación increíble y comida hasta llenarnos, y no comemos poco. Las tareas a realizar no eran muy duras pero había que trabajar, aunque ellos trabajaban tanto como nosotros, incluso más. Recomendado al 100%

Um lugar com muito charme e personalidade o ponte pedra é um lugar ótimo para relaxar e voluntariar, entrar em contato com a natureza ir a praia e andar de bicicleta enquanto ajuda no hotel. A Ana e o Jorge são ótimas pessoas, impossível não se apaixonar pela energia deles e dos outros funcionários. No começo achei um pouco parado comparado com o ritmo dos outros voluntariados, porém logo me adaptei e aprendi a desacelerar e me conectar com a natureza ao redor. Esse lugar é como uma família e os donos sempre tem uma história boa pra contar!

My first volunteering experience and already so hard to top. It had been an the hotel 6-week stay. The location is very secluded which makes relaxing in your free time the best option. With bikes to get around the area and some nice walking trails I had everything I needed. Ana, Jorge, Tiago and everyone else working in and around the turismo were an absolute delight. I made friends for life and I can truly recommend this if you want to experience a quiet, country side lifestyle combined with nice, mostly outdoor chores. I will definately be back here at some point!

Foi uma experiência incrível! A equipe é sensacional, me receberam super bem, são como uma segunda família. A região é muito bonita, fui de carro, então pude aproveitar bem as horas vagas e conhecer toda a Costa Vicentina, que é espetacular. Recomendo a experiência. Saio com a sensação de que fiz amigos para a vida toda. Quero lá voltar com certeza. Ana e Jorge, Muito obrigada por tudo 😊.

SAUDADE. I had such a great time at Ponte Pedra. The work is fair and feasible. The place is a true gem, perfect if you want to chill (the pool is fantastic) and discover wild beaches by bike. Ana, Jorge and Tiago are kind, respectful and always available for anything you need. From the first day I arrived, I felt very included and I loved all the chats we had together, especially at night when most of the time we used to have dinner together. I really felt like part of the family and not just a"volunteer". This is definitely an experience you don't wanna miss.

It is an incredible experience. it's about a magical place for those who know how to appreciate life and nature. Everyone in the house is the hotel . The immersion in Portuguese culture is very nice. I just have to be grateful for everything I lived there.
