We are constantly expanding & improving our hostel & bar on Koh Phangan so we're always looking for skilled help! Got skills with electrical? Plumbing? Construction? Painting? Design? We may have some projects we could use your help on.

During Full Moon Party, you can work the party just like our other volunteers (see our other listing), but if you've got special skills that fit any current projects, we may put you to work on them!

We have become the biggest party property at the world-famous Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan, Thailand. It's a lot of fun and a lot of work, but in a party place things are constantly breaking or getting run down. We are always repairing, and proving, painting, and redecorating all of our property. If you've got skills in any sort of building or improvements, we want to hear from you!

Carpenters, plumbers, electricians, artists, painters, designers, Engineers, even gardeners or landscape artists exclamation point we have pools, beachfronts, garden areas, and tons of buildings that always need maintenance, improvements, and newer decorations and ideas.

Let us know what you bring to the table and I bet we can find a place for you! During Full Moon though, we still need the normal help promoting, partying, socializing, getting people checked in and involved!

Aktivitäten & Schichten

🚨Aside from building, if you want to join for Full Moon Party, we require you are here from at least 9 days before Full Moon to 4 days after:

⚠9 DAYS before Full Moon - Latest Arrival Allowed
⚠DAYS 1-7 - Free time with occasional event promotion
⚠DAY 6 - Schedule confirmed
⚠DAY 7 - Training meeting
⚠DAY 8-12 - Full day shifts (average 7-9 hours a day, late enough to sleep in, early enough to party after)
⚠DAY 10 - FULL MOON PARTY
⚠DAY 13 - Recovery day and final tasks
⚠DAY 14 - Earliest Departure

🚨Outside these 14 days, we will utilize the skills you offer, but you are otherwise on your own to do whatever you want. (We are shocked that occasionally someone complains that they weren't given work during this time!)

🚨VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:🚨
🏃 Runner: Bring guests from reception to their rooms, invite them to events, and assign a bed.
🎱 Tournaments: Run games and get people socializing.
💬 Social media: Taking & posting pics & videos, editing content, organizing old content, being active in group chats and travel groups.
🍺 Bar runner: help at our bars, grabbing stock, running errands, stopping outside drinks, encouraging guests.
🎫Promoting: flyering all over & at Full Moon gates, hanging posters, posting to groups and chat groups.

Regeln

OK, THE HARSH RULES. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE ANY OF THIS:

1) We expect you here on the dates you confirm. We're flexible, let us know IN ADVANCE if you need to change. With increasing flakes, we now require a refundable deposit & booking to confirm your commitment.

2) You are REQUIRED to be active in group chats - our volunteer chat is how we communicate. You MUST send pictures and updates of you doing your tasks. You MUST be on other group chats where we invite guests to participate and join us.

3) If you don't do your shifts and share updates, we will have to kick you out. It sucks for all of us, so please don't put us in that position. Similarly, if you stay for the free time and then leave before the 5 days of work, you will be charged for your stay, obviously.

4) Leaving early is fine, as long as it's 4 days AFTER Full Moon Party. Notice is required; don't just ghost.

5) Respect EVERYONE. That includes keeping the staff dorm and kitchen tidy, not disturbing other volunteers or guests, respecting all staff, and always being friendly and kind to guests.

6) ONCE AGAIN TO BE 100% CLEAR: Full Moon Party REQUIRES long hours for those 5 days. The rest of the time is almost exclusively free time. If you can't agree to that, DO NOT APPLY.
