25 Stunden Hilfe pro Woche

Barkeeper: Mixe und serviere Getränke und hilf bei der Verwaltung des Getränkebestands.

Küchenhilfe: Hilfe bei der Zubereitung, Fertigstellung und dem Servieren von Mahlzeiten.

Reinigung: Hilfe bei der Reinigung von Küche, Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern und Gemeinschaftsbereichen.

Programmdetails

The program seeks dynamic helpers, with a proactive attitude. People who feel confortable been part of a Hostel enviroment. Those who have an adventure spirit and open-minded perspective.
We like to underline that our hostel will become your house too, so we expect a special attention to cleaning details, we do try to keep it clean on a permanent basis.
We can provide accommodation, breakfast and also participate of our night events.


Important: Your activities will generally be at our Hostel Hostellicious, however you will be staying at Hostel Casa d'Alagoa, which is about a 7-minute walk away.

Aktivitäten & Schichten

Activities: You will help organize and prepare dinners, set the table, and serve meals in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Afterward, you’ll assist with cleaning the kitchen and dining area. Occasionally, you’ll do housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying rooms and common areas. You’ll welcome guests warmly, show them the common spaces, explain house rules, and encourage socializing and cultural exchange. You’ll also answer questions and suggest local activities. Your main goal is to create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels at home.

Shifts: 10 am to 3 pm / 11 am to 4 pm / 6:30 pm to 23:30 pm

🍽 Dinners , Pizza Party ,BBQ's activities:
Set up and organize the tables before dinner starts;
Ensure that the cutlery, plates and glasses are available and well positioned;
Assist with table setting and decoration, if necessary;
Assist in assembling some dishes if necessary;
Welcome guests in a friendly manner and guide them on how dinner works;
Serve drinks and dishes as instructed by the Chef;
Help clarify doubts about the menu and dish ingredients;
Remove plates and glasses from tables as guests finish their meals;
Clean and organize tables after dinner is over;
Ensure the kitchen and the lounge space remains clean and organized;
Create a pleasant environment by talking to guests in a kind and friendly manner;
Contribute to a welcoming experience, making dinner a special moment.

Kitchen:
Keep the kitchen clean and organized before, during, and after shifts.
Wash dishes, utensils, and work surfaces.
Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
Properly separate waste and collaborate with recycling, if applicable.

Regeln

After 11 pm is not allowed drinks and music in the outside areas.
The kitchen close at 11 pm and open at 6 am.
Follow the schedule and finish all the duties
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Follow the hygiene and safety standards established by the hostel.
Respect schedules and complete tasks with dedication.
