Amazing experience! Cathy, Niek, and the staff at the reception created a very welcoming environment, where work and fun moments are well balanced. Cathy pays a lot of attention to the volunteers needs, so shifts and tasks are well managed through the week and it is rare to work more than 4 hours/day. Heating, wi-fi, and food are always available, making my stay very comfortable. Will & the hostel is like a big family where is common to meet former volunteers and employees at the reception, and it doesn't surprise me. Be responsible and respectful and everything is gonna be great!

Volunteering at Will and the hostel was an amazing experience. Cathy is the best manager ever and really cares about you during your stay. Everyone is super kind and friendly and you feel at home so easily! I would recommend it 100%.

I had the opportunity to volunteer at Will&the hostel and it turned out to be one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and at home, thanks to the incredible people I met there (a special shoutout to my girls!!!). Cathy is more than just a manager, she's an amazing person and friend. <3 The working hours were respected, and the tasks were clear and manageable, which made it easy to balance work with personal time. I would recommend this experience to anyone: you'll find friendships, growth, and unforgettable moments. You won't regret it!

Volunteering with Worldpackers at the hostel Will & the hostel was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, something I will carry with me forever. I had the chance to meet incredible people from all over the world, improve my English (starting from a very basic level), and live unique and unforgettable moments. This adventure pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me memories that I will cherish forever. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for growth, connection, and a bit of adventure!

My stay at the hostel was incredible. The tasks to be carried out are simple but you have to be responsible, and the working hours are respected. The location is amazing and there is plenty of time to explore the place and nearby cities. I thank the group of volunteers and staff with whom I shared because we became very close and had a lot of fun. Thank you Deede, Oriana and Nick for their pleasant treatment and for helping me in a personal situation that happened to me. I highly recommend this experience and hope to return soon!!

The Hague is a lovely city with beautiful beaches, historic buildings and parks. There's always something fun to do around. The Hostel is super comfortable and the members of staff are the best! 😎 I'm extremely thankful for having the chance of volunteering here, I had a wonderful time and I'm sad to leave 🥺💕
