Beschreibung: Volunteer Program – Participation Fee To join our volunteer program, a one-time fee of €25 applies. This fee helps ensure commitment and supports real costs related to onboarding, training, schedule coordination, staff time, and use of hostel facilities (common areas, kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, utilities). It is not for profit, but to keep the program fair, organized, and sustainable for everyone.

Daily Program

Volunteers work 5 hours per day, usually in the morning, leaving afternoons free. Tasks are planned in advance and guided by the team. The daily routine balances hands-on work, learning, and free time to enjoy the beach, city, and hostel life.
