Programmdetails

We are looking for talented people who can collaborate across these roles:

CHEF/COOK:
Daily preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner
Creating simple yet flavorful dishes
Food presentation and plating
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
Occasionally assisting with special events or themed dinners
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy cooking, are eager to learn, and can adapt to the relaxed rhythm of the Dominican Republic.

BARTENDER / SERVER VOLUNTEER
Bring your energy and hospitality skills to our bar and restaurant!
Your tasks may include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
Taking orders and interacting with guests
Maintaining clean and organized service areas
Supporting table service during meals
We welcome volunteers who are sociable, positive, and enjoy collaborating in a guest-oriented environment.

RECEPTIONIST VOLUNTEER
As a Receptionist volunteer, you will assist with guest communication, check-in/check-out procedures, and support the daily front-desk operations. You will help ensure that every guest feels at home and well cared for.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
Answering questions about the hotel, activities, and the local area
Assisting with emails, bookings, and simple administrative tasks
Maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere at the reception
Providing information about tours, transportation, and local culture
