I had an amazing time at the hostel. It's in a beautiful area of Galicia, and is well worth the visit. Sara, Oscar, and their staff are great people and the hours were very fair - I had heaps of time to myself and lots of opportunities to visit the surrounding villages, as well as multiple day trips to Ourense. The work was mainly outside doing general gardening duties such as weeding, trimming hedges, sweeping and other odd jobs, as well as in the hostel doing beds, washing and cleaning. The work was easy and varied. I'll definitely be back to visit!

Housekeeping, Cleaning, Kitchen Hand, and Reception
The hostel was my first Worldpacker experience and it was amazing! There was plenty of work and plenty of time to explore Budapest and in fact I'm going back next week because I enjoyed being at the hostel so much. Esther is amazing, and the other Worldpackers I met were great too. Thanks for having me Esther, and Dora for communication!

About me as an author
Hi!!
I am an Australian travelling around as much as possible whilst living on the United Kingdom. I just did 2 months of travel in Europe, 6 countries total that trip and then 3 months in the US! Did a 2 month road trip through 9 states and Mexico and Canada briefly. I'm an expert on Australia and I'd still call myself a novice on Europe and the US but there are certain places I know very well! Ask me anything, happy to help :)
Jlacey
I studied at the University of Queensland and completed a Bachelor of Business Management, graduated in 2012.
Work experience
I've worked for the ANZ Bank in the branch doing home loans and also in corporate as an analyst. I've worked for a tech company Temenos as an Account Manager, handling 50+ customers in their use of the company's software. I've done a lot of ad hoc jobs when I was younger such as baby sitting, cleaning, admin/reception work and gardening. Once I graduated University I moved into corporate jobs and that's why I'm travelling now.
Travel experience
I've been to Europe once in 2017 for a month, New Zealand about 5 times for family skiing holidays and Fiji when I was younger. I love to travel and am keen to experience more of the real parts of other countries, and to get to know the locals.
