A experiência

I am building a foundry for melting and molding Aluminum cans and Copper, into utilitary/decorative items. Need help with that. I already have a basic blacksmithing forge. Looking for a metalworker to teach me some more skills and help me with this side of Kore's Cultural Center.

Also a Carpenter is needed to A) Teach me! I have basic tools but can buy what is needed B) Help with furniture restoration, door/window frame maintainance, etc.

Detalhes

Kore is a multifaceted new project that is based on values such as ecology (recycling, upcycling), gardening, cultural and social events (art exhibitions, parties).

This possition is specific to skilled carpenters/metalworkers

Atividades & Turnos

4-5 hours per day, preferably in the morning

- restoring furniture, using salvaged wood to make artifacts
- using salvaged metals to forge useful items, helping me create the metal foundry and have it reach enough Temperature to melt copper, create alluminum and copper objects.

Note: Please be mindful that while it's stated that lunch is provided, I won't necessarily cook and serve the table, yet basic ingredients such as vegetables, condiments, cerals and other free-to-use foods will be available for volunteers to at least cover one meal. You are expected to buy your own groceries too.
