We’re looking for a social, outgoing, and creative person with fluent English to organize activities for guests. As our Activity Organizer, you’ll plan and lead fun hostel events that help travelers connect and make unforgettable memories.
Typical activities include walking tours, trivia nights, karaoke, drunk yoga, beer pong, charades, and more.
Minimum stay 4 weeks.
Accommodation: bed in 8 bed dormitory shared with guests

We offer free accommodation at the hostel (a bed in an 8-bed dorm shared with guests) in exchange for volunteer work.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys socializing with many people at once and can create a positive, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll plan and lead activities for guests, so confidence and good organization skills are important.

Basic social media skills are also needed to document activities - taking photos and videos with your phone is perfect.
Fluent English is required for clear communication with our guests.

*For this position we have maximum 1 volunteer per month (there will be other volunteers max 4 in the hostel but they will work in different position)
*Discounted drinks at the bar
*free pubcrawl (Drunken Monkey) for volunteers (when promoting)
*We don't provide meals, but we have spacious kitchen for use and super markets close by.
*Please note at the moment we do not have a laundry service at the hostel, but there are laundromats 3 min walk away and as a compensation of inconvenience we offer each volunteer 400 CZK in cash for a 1 month stay

Atividades & Turnos

Minimum stay: 4 weeks
Work hours required: 100h in a 4 week period
Work days in a week: 5 days ( might include weekends)
One shift: 5h
Shifts are scheduled at the start of each month.
Work times depends of the type of activity, most of them might be in the evenings.

Regras

Be on time when you are on the duty.
Be proactive and attentive- do not do your personal things (video calls/reading book etc) during work hours.
Remember to be professional at all times, guests see you as a staff member.
