Program Description 🌙

Join our team in Porto and help us keep the good vibes flowing at night! We’re a friendly, international hostel where travelers from all over the world come together.

As a volunteer, you’ll mainly help with night reception tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly while guests rest or enjoy the city nightlife. You’ll also give a hand with light cleaning, preparing breakfast setup, and sometimes with our bar/pubcrawl events or karaoke nights 🎉.

The schedule is around 24 hours per week, usually spread over 3 shifts, with days off. Sometimes we group hours so you can get longer breaks to travel or explore Portugal.

In exchange, we offer you free accommodation, breakfast, and the chance to meet amazing people every day. Porto is an incredible city full of culture, food, and music — and during your stay, it will feel like home. 💙

Atividades & Turnos

Activities you’ll help with:

đŸ›Žïž Reception (night shift): late check-ins/check-outs, guest support, keeping an eye on the hostel during the night.

đŸ§č Housekeeping (light tasks): keeping common areas clean and organized.

🍳 Breakfast support: help set up the breakfast area for guests in the morning.

đŸč Bar & Pubcrawl (occasionally): serving drinks, guiding pubcrawls, supporting karaoke/animation nights.

⏰ Schedule
Around 24 hours per week
2 days off (flexible days, depending on the schedule)
Sometimes we can group more hours together so you get extra free days to explore Portugal 🌍

🌟 What we expect from you
Responsible and reliable (since it’s night shift)
Friendly and social — willing to talk with guests and make them feel welcome
Basic English (Portuguese/Spanish is a plus, but not required)
Flexibility to switch between night reception and small tasks like housekeeping or breakfast prep
