My experience at the hostel was truly amazing! The team was extremely welcoming, respectful and kind and also we had a really nice community with the volunteers. The work is easy and after work you have a lot of time to explore the beautiful region. The hostel is super nice and really feels like a home! I recommend this experience to everyone! ☺️

It was my second time volunteering at the Hostel and it was extremely positive again. The working environment is welcoming and the team is collaborative, making everyday life enjoyable. The tasks, both in housekeeping and reception, were well organised and properly trained. Management was flexible and open to communication, which made adaptation easier. The interaction with guests from different cultures was enriching. I recommend the hostel to anyone looking for a valuable and engaging volunteer experience :)

My experience at the hostel was my first with Worldpackers, and it was fantastic. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful, both during the work phase and in providing valuable advice for my free time. The work is simple and quick, allowing you to enjoy that wonderful region that is Algarve. I absolutely recommend the experience at the hostel to everyone. Working in a hostel allows you to meet different people every day. The relaxed atmosphere in the hostel's common areas makes it easy to constantly connect with others, improving your English skills and learning about different cultures.

I spent three amazing weeks at the hostel :) The team was incredibly supportive throughout our work, always available to help us and guide us in performing our tasks in the best possible way. We also built a strong connection with them, as we often shared meals together and had the opportunity to get to know each other better. Additionally, we had the chance to meet many wonderful people who stayed at the hostel for one or just a few nights. I also improved my English, and my GF and I saw some paradise-like beaches in our free time. I recommend this kind of experience to everyone.

I can't imagine a better way to start this experience with Worldpackers. the hostel is a beautiful and very well kept place, in an amazing welcoming city. But the best part was the company! All the people who work here were incredibly kind, helpful and always ready to assist us if needed. They also made my birthday unforgettable! The tasks were not too difficult and the working time was absolutely respected. We also had some time to explore this part of Portugal which left us speechless. This experience is highly recommended. Hope to see you again, team the hostel❤️

La experiencia fué muy buena en general! El trabajo sencillo, justo, la estancia cómoda. Aljezur es muy chico, pero cerca tienes lugares increíbles. Teresa, mis mejores recuerdos, cocinaba siempre delicias portuguesas para todos y quizás esos eran los mejores momentos! Al hostel lo visitan mayormente gente muy adulta, por estancias muy cortas. Y el echo de que acepten parejas como voluntarios a veces dificulta la interacción del equipo. Pero fue un buen momento para buscar paz, estar con uno mismo, leer, ver paisajes, conocer lugares, comer rico. Gracias por la oportunidad Ricardo!!!'

I did my first volunteering experience at the hostel and it was honestly beyond my expectations. I stayed at the hostel for a month, which I found to be the ideal duration to familiarize with the work and feel comfortable with it (although I would have loved to stay a bit longer eventually)… The working hours were respected. The surroundings of the hostel are lovely. I met incredible people there and I will miss my daily life at the hostel. Thanks to Cris, Will and Teresa for being so welcoming. I will miss it and I hope to come back soon ! :)

I really enjoyed my stay in Aljezur. The staff and other volunteers were welcoming from the first second on and made me feel as part of the team immediately. Also,the working hours were respected all the time. Aljezur and the surroundings offer a lot of opportunity's to spend your time in the nature and meet new people. If you're looking for a place to get a break from the stressful life, I totally recommend to volunteer at the hostel :)

My stay in Aljezur was simply magical - a special place filled with special people! The town itself is filled with cute vegan cafés and beautiful white houses, the nature around is amazing and there are a lot of hiking opportunities. You can also hike/ drive to the nearby beaches and surf :) The work is easy and working hours are respected. Thank you so much Cris and everyone for being so warm and welcoming and making the place feel like home- it was a pleasure! Lots of love to all of you :)

This experience was amazing. I had such a great time in the Hostel. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the working hours were respected. The surrounding nature is beautiful. In general, it is a calm and peaceful environment. Most days we had to work 2-3 hours depending on the amount of checkouts that we had. The breakfast was great and we had a good amount of options. I really liked my stay and would always come back.
