Una experiencia recomendable para conocer La Fortuna y sus alrededores. Los horarios de trabajo se respetan y las tareas no son complicadas (en mi caso, limpieza general del hostel). Pude conocer y socializar con otras voluntarias y así hacer actividades juntas. Buenas instalaciones y me sentí segura en todo momento. 😊

Anfitrión y equipo de trabajo increíbles. Nos trataron como uno más y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos en todo momento. Alex, una gran persona que entiende en todo momento el rol tanto del anfitrión como el de voluntario. Sinceramente una experiencia increíble que le recomiendo a todos.

Solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento, a Alex, Nala, Juana, Buffet y a todo el equipo del Hostel, sin dudas hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa y la despedida fuera difícil. Sin dudas que este lugar siempre va a tener un lugar en nuestro corazón! Las horas y tareas todo exactamente como acordamos, súper recomendado! Gracias y más gracias!!

I absolutely loved the two weeks i spent here!!! the whole team is so welcoming, i truly felt at home here and although i barely speak any spanish, we managed to understand each other with google translate or gestures (would recommend to understand a few words though). i really liked that the tasks were clear, so i knew what to clean during my work and what had to be done. i could always take a break to eat or chat with other travelers and had great conversations while being here. biggest shoutout to francheska, keiryn, sandra and alex, couldnt have asked for better hosts and co-workers!

My experience at the hostel was wonderful. Alex and the other staff were so patient and helpful with anything we needed! The work was extremely reasonable and the other volunteers and staff made it easy and pleasurable to do. We had a couple days off a week, and were able to explore the nearby rivers and hot springs as well as enjoy the charm of La Fortuna! We will miss everyone there, special shoutout to Nala Patricia!!

Definitely recommend knowing Spanish pretty well before coming here!! Alex is very kind and the place was very safe and clean. I got sick while there and Alex was quick to get me medicine which was very nice!

Muy buena experiencia! Recomendadisimo el voluntariado en el hostel ❤️‍🔥 Alex es un amor! Nos recibió super bien y fue super flexible con nosotros, ya que tuvimos que partir una semana antes por un percance... El ambiente dentro del hostel es genial, nos llevamos super con los otros voluntarios y saliamos a pasear juntos en los tiempos libres, cerca hay mucho que hacer! Vimos hasta un perezoso muy cerca de nosotros! En el hostel que esta al limite del hostel y muchos otros animales! Recomendadisimo este voluntariado! Un abrazo gigante a alex que se ganó un lugar en nuestro corazón ❤️

Mi estancia en el hostel fue muy buena, fue como estar en casa. Alex y el personal son muy cercanos. Las tareas son muy sencillas y se cumple con el horario. Lo recomiendo 100%
