Mi experiencia en Colombie fue asombrosa, aprendí mucho sobre construcción y destrucción controlada jaja. Su casa es hermosa y el camper donde yo estuve fue muy confortable, la comida fue muy sabrosa Maricka cocina muy rico y en cuanto al abastecimiento de comida en el camper fueron muy atentos también. Stephan y Maricka son muy atentos al momento de solucionar los problemas que surjan, como también el de llevarte a algún lugar que puedan para conocer. Muy agradecido de su gran hospitalidad

La experiencia en general en la casa empezó bien, la señora marica explico lo que había que hacer y menciono que las tareas que se iban a estar desempeñando serían compartidas, lo cual pasaron 5 días y el trabajo que se hacía era hecho solo por una persona, en la misma aplicación dice que limpiarás dos cuartos, pero llegue y en realidad son 3 junto a los baños que debes limpiar diariamente, además de planchar su ropa y todas las cosas de las habitaciones de los huéspedes, entre otras más, nuestra experiencia terminó antes porque empezó a hostigarnos con una actitud pésima y trato no adecuado.

Durante su corta asistencia de 5 días, solo tuvo que refrescar las habitaciones porque todos los huéspedes se quedaron durante 14 días. Si uno no tiene el hábito de dirigir un hogar, esto puede parecer mucho… Pero tuvimos después de usted, sin embargo, un voluntario hombre Roman que incluso encontró tiempo para ayudarme con nuestras áreas comunes y en los mismos horarios diarios. Uno puede hacer un poco más que el otro

Please always keep in mind to analyse the description which is given by the host - ask your self if the living situation/area of the host and his task description corresponds to your search ?

We humans are all different, we all have different expectations ...But remember as a host we offer the same accomodation to all of our volunteers, and our area and offer stay identical. We are the same person in the same situation ... so the only reason why some volunteers quote us two and others five is that the volunteers have other exepectations than what we describe in our offer.

In future we will do an intense screening, and we will only accept volunteers who will have accepted a long live chat before arrival so we can make sure the mutual expectations fit

La region es hermosa para visitar La experiencia en sí la podríamos contar como un trabajo en lugar de un voluntariado: tienes tus horas de trabajo y tus tareas a hacer, las ordenes son claras y no tienes problemas si trabajas bien. Nosotros tuvimos problemas de adaptación al inicio. Fueron otros voluntarios los encargados de enseñarnos las tareas, y nos fue difícil seguir su ritmo (hablábamos lenguas diferentes) Entonces los anfitriones no estaban contentos y no faltaron los gritos, algo que no nos parece bien bajo ninguna circunstancia, y sabemos que no fue la primera vez que pasaba eso.

Emilia comme tu spécifie en privé nous travaillons très dure pour réaliser nos engagements envers nos visiteurs. Du coup c’est en effet parfois tendu quand nos volontaires ne peuvent nous assister dans cette lourde tâche quotidienne. Ou font par erreur l’inverse de l’attente etc

Chaque incompréhension ou erreur se retourne contre nous par le visiteur.

Fort Dommage que les éléments positifs comme nous avons eu des échanges agréables au déjeuner etc ne sont donnés que dans la réplique privée.

Bonne continuation à toi et je suis certaine qu’avec le recul tu comprendra mieux l’agissement influenceur de certaines personnes qui séjournaient simultanément dans lés lieux

Lugar hermoso en medio de la naturaleza. Gracias a Stephan tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer lugares y actividades en nuestros tiempos libres. Cumplen con lo que ofrecen en la app (lugar, traslado y alimentación). En cuestión del voluntariado, nos enfrentamos a una comunicación deficiente; para realizar las labores, las instrucciones no eran claras. La anfitriona no entiende la diversidad cultural en esta app, lo que ocasiona su insatisfaccion hacia los resultados, no lo recomiendo ya que te arriesgas a que sin previo aviso corte el tiempo de tu estadía. No le gusta tener gente en su casa.

If we do not like to have people around us why would we have asked you to join us to share meals and activities? Why would we have accompanied you to visit places in your free time?

After a week we indeed invited you to search for on other host without time pressure. This was due to the general lack of understanding.

When I told you that the vacuum basket didn’t need emptying after 5minutes of you use you replied me yes and did it any way. In 5 hours of volunteering my weekly cleaned salon of 20m2 was not even done for the half in vacumming cleaning and dust.

We did not only encounter communication problems on the tasks. My text messages informing on the time of departure for the joining at races was never answered. When you were requested to provide a shopping list for a week of breakfast & dinner you sent me 6 elements. When I asked to have lunch I was joined 15minutes later when the fries were cold and when my lunch break was almost finished.

Co living can only work when there is true communication insteads of smiles and yes to everything and nothing.

Our experience was good. We had several communication problems at the beginning, but then it was okay.They didn't explain us what to do with the meals or how they like the chores to be done. Vale clean and Facundo helped with construction work.We would recommend that they accep volunteers only if it's possible to stay in the camper van, because their aren't comfortable with having people on the house. otherwise the room we stayed was really nice. They were very nice taking us to different villages arround. And Facundo has the opportunity to taste new and different food that Maricka cooked.

Dear Valeria we're indeed used to only host maximal two persons in the camper and having to explain to several people next to the regular full time makes it indeed very challenging to host.

We under estimated how hard is to divise the attention and try to be avalaible for all the different needs of each
