Minha primeira experiência de voluntário e foi simplesmente incrível! Os anfitriões são pacientes e compreensivos e os voluntários são muito divertidos e acolhedores. As refeições são gostosas, a localização é ótima e a acomodação confortável. Foi um momento de muito aprendizado, tanto da língua quanto de trocas culturais e muito outros! :)

Vir para o hostel Paddington/o hostel foi a melhor escolha que fiz! Conheci pessoas incríveis e tive experiências mágicas em Londres. Eles cumprem os horários como combinado, a acomodação é ótima e a comida melhor ainda. Eles fornecem as 2 refeições prometidas e você consegue pegar “sobras” para a refeição livre, o que foi perfeito. Super recomendo para quem quer conhecer Londres, pois a localização é maravilhosa. Com toda certeza voluntariaria aqui novamente❤️

Apliquei para este voluntariado com o intuito de desenvolver meu inglês, consegui! Minhas colegas de quarto eram da Nova Zelândia e da Nigéria, passei muito tempo com elas praticando. Fiquei um mês no hotel e conheci muitos brasileiros também, todos muito queridos, mas para praticar o inglês é importante você evitá-los de vez em quando. A rotina no hotel era muito tranquila, eles respeitam o horário combinado, temos café da manhã e jantar, sem contar que podemos pegar as sobras do jantar para almoçar no dia seguinte, e sempre sobra :). A localização é ótima, eu basicamente fiz tudo a pé.

Foi uma experiência incrível.Tive muita sorte com os companheiros de voluntariado, realmente trabalhavam em equipe. Os coordenadores(Sana, Isabel e Franco) são muito simpáticos e organizados. Foram muito corretos nos horário e distribuição das tarefas. Fiz exatamente aquilo que foi acordado, no tempo combinado. Inclusive foram muito compreensiveis e flexiveis quando precisei. Minha acomodação era muito confortável e espaçosa. Além de ser em um lugar muito centralizado. Super recomendo e faria novamente.

I stayed 4 weeks at the hostel as a volunteer and had a very positive experience. Working hours are respected, the team is very friendly, and the manager is flexible and kind, despite his serious look, he has a big heart 😄 The only thing I felt was missing was more integration activities for volunteers. There was one at Christmas (which I couldn't attend), and everyone said it was great. These activities could happen more often, as socialising and cultural exchange are an important part of volunteering. Overall, I highly recommend the experience and I'm very grateful for my time there! ❤️

I had a good time at the hostel in London. The room is really nice and spacious and the working hours were always respected. The location was good to do sightseeing and explore the city. The tasks can be a bit exhausting and repetitive, but still doable, especially for a short term stay. The only thing I was missing, was the typical hostel environment, with meeting lots of different new people, because most of the guests there stay longterm and are occupied with their own life. Overall it was a good experience to explore London for a month!

It was my first volunteer experience, and it was a really great one. The tasks aren't difficult, the volunteer rooms are nice, and the schedules they give you are always followed! It's a great place if you want to explore London, meet people, and practice your English. Thanks, the hostel, for my stay there!

Really good experience at the hostel ! The hostel is situated in Zone 1 and all meals and laundry were included. For 20 hours a week it's a good deal, although the work is physical so could be exhausting. I made a lot of friends and visited the city a lot, I would definitely come back to the hostel ! The only issue would be that the meals could be repetitive and the shared spaces of the hostel could be not clean.

Overall this was a great experience! I met really nice and fun people and had a lot of time to visit London. The manager and the rest of the team are really nice and the hours of work are respected. Just note that a lot of volunteers are here for a while to study or work. For the kitchen, if you want to cook you will have to buy everything as cutlery, bowl, plate... are not provided.

The team you work with at the hostel are really welcoming and the perks of this position are great. Basically all meals included and the location of the hostel is unbeatable. The work is easy and the hours are exactly as described. I would 100% recommend.
