As an Assistant Trainer in our life coaching program, volunteers are expected to:
1. Support the Training Process
Assist lead trainers in delivering workshops and exercises.
Help prepare materials, set up training spaces, and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Encourage participant engagement and provide support during group or individual activities.
2. Professionalism & Conduct
Act as a role model for participants by demonstrating respectful and positive behavior.
Be punctual, reliable, and committed to scheduled sessions.
Follow instructions from trainers and coordinators carefully.
3. Cultural Sensitivity & Respect
Respect Moroccan cultural norms and local traditions during all interactions.
Maintain appropriate dress code (shoulders, knees, and belly covered) in classrooms and public spaces.
Treat all participants, staff, and fellow volunteers with kindness and patience.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work cooperatively with trainers, other volunteers, and participants.
Share observations and provide constructive feedback when requested.
Communicate clearly and proactively about any challenges or questions.
5. Flexibility & Initiative
Be open to helping wherever needed, from assisting in workshops to supporting logistics or documentation.
Take initiative to support participants or improve sessions while respecting trainer guidance.
6. Learning & Growth
Engage actively in workshops and activities to learn life coaching techniques.
Be willing to reflect on your own experiences and share insights in a supportive environment.
Atividades & Turnos
As an Assistant Trainer, volunteers will actively support the delivery and smooth running of life coaching workshops and programs. Key activities include:
Workshop Support ✨
Assist lead trainers during sessions and exercises.
Help participants with activities, role-plays, and group discussions.
Encourage participation, answer questions, and provide guidance where appropriate.
Preparation & Logistics 📝
Prepare training materials, handouts, and props.
Set up training rooms and ensure a welcoming environment.
Help clean and organize spaces before and after sessions.
Observation & Feedback 👀
Observe participant engagement and note areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to trainers about group dynamics and session effectiveness.
Document workshops through notes, photos, or videos (if applicable and approved).
Participant Engagement & Mentoring 🤝
Support participants one-on-one if needed.
Encourage confidence, reflection, and personal growth during activities.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for learning.
⏰ Shifts & Weekly Schedule
Working Hours: 4–5 hours per day (flexible depending on program schedule).
Days Off: 2 days per week (flexible; can be used for exploration or rest).
Example Schedule:
Morning (9:00 – 12:30): Assist in delivering coaching sessions, lead small group exercises.
Lunch & Break 🍲
Afternoon (1:30 – 3:30/4:00): Support workshops, help with preparation for upcoming sessions, or mentor participants individually.
Optional Evening Tasks: Attend special workshops, review content, or help with follow-up exercises.
The schedule is flexible to balance active involvement in training, mentoring, and cultural immersion while giving volunteers time to explore Marrakech.

As an Assistant Trainer, you are not only supporting the program but also serving as a role model for participants. To maintain professionalism and respect Moroccan culture, please follow these rules:

✅ Dress modestly at all times: shoulders, knees, and belly must be covered.
✅ Tattoos and piercings should be discreet or covered while in classrooms and training spaces.
✅ Avoid tight, transparent, or revealing clothing.
✅ Maintain a neat, professional appearance that reflects your role as a mentor.
🚭 Behavior & Conduct
🚫 No smoking, alcohol, or drugs during volunteer hours, in classrooms, or community spaces.
🚫 Avoid inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior.
✅ Be punctual, reliable, and committed to your assigned shifts.
✅ Follow instructions from lead trainers and program coordinators carefully.

✅ Maintain a professional and supportive attitude in all sessions.
✅ Encourage participation and provide guidance without dominating or interrupting.
✅ Respect participant boundaries and avoid personal or sensitive topics unless directed by the lead trainer.
✅ Be patient, polite, and attentive to the needs of all participants.

✅ Work collaboratively with lead trainers, other volunteers, and program staff.
