The staff were really kind and did their best to communicate with me in English which I appreciated. They also invited me for drinks on the first night. The reason I am leaving a low review is bc I left very quickly the hostel. Smoking weed in the team dorm was allowed, but I didn't knew and I felt very uncomfortable with the constant smell in the room that would've gotten into my things too. Breakfast was also not provided like the position said it would. I would take the time to ask questions and make things clear before arriving to know what to expect! Thank you Paulina for your time!

The hostel is a sweet hostel. The staff and volunteers were all great. The hostel is beautiful with tons of art everywhere and the night life is always big in the neighborhood.

Este fue uno de los mejores voluntariados que tuve, las tareas estan bien organizadas y los horarios flexibles, trabaje en el bar y recepcion y aprendi mucho, el hostel tiene muy buena ubicacion en el barrio de Bellavista rodeado de bares y mucha diversion tambien esta a dos cuadras del cerro San Cristobal. Tambien pude conocer mejor la ciudad de Santiago de Chile, la region metropolitana y sus centros culturales.

El hostel es un lugar increible, de lejos el mejor hostel que he conocido. Mi primera experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Trabajé en su hostal hermano, Bella Vista Hostal, que fue increíble, conocí personas maravillosas que voy a llevar por toda mi vida. Las actividades son tranquilas y los horarios muy flexibles. Voy a extrañar a cada persona que la conocía.

En realidad, nos quedamos en el The Bellavista Hostel, pero es del mismo propietario. El Bellavista fue mejor que no ha pasado. La equipo es maravillosa. Se convirtió en nuestra familia. No sé qué sería de nosotros si no fuera el cariño, la atención y el compañerismo del equipo. Queremos dejar aquí nuestro abrazo cariñoso a Lily, Sandra, Pauli, Mari, Joana y otros staffs y voluntarios. Extrañaremos mucho a uds. Aprendimos una gran lección que llevaremos por toda la vida. "Un viaje se mide mejor en amigos que en kilómetros." Espero verlos pronto en algún lugar del mundo. Con cariño, Joy y Misa.

It was the best experience I ever had in a hostel. I found a second family there that helped me find a better way to enjoy my traveling and life. The environment was so cozy and welcoming. The friends that I made there I'm gonna carry in my heart for a life time. The staff is great, the structure is really good, and they have a lot of partner places that you can go for free, wich makes the expierence really fun. The best party hostel ever.

I'd definitely recommend the hostel! I had an incredible experience. The work was good, the place has a really nice atmosphere, the staff is amazing and a great location. I'm going to miss this place a lot!
