I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel! The host is incredibly kind and truly honored everything we agreed upon. From day one, I felt like part of the team and made some great friends along the way. The work-life balance was perfect, and the atmosphere of the place is very pleasant. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a welcoming environment!

Do not volunteer here. My stay was agreed on WhatsApp from December 20 to January 15, and the host even said it would be better if I stayed longer, but I was suddenly forced to leave early with false claims about Moroccan law. Volunteers are constantly busy, publicly humiliated, and kindness is treated as weakness—what is promised is very different from reality.

The hostel was an amazing place to volunteer. Eslam and the manager Yasin were incredibly kind and always tried to make things easier for me as long as I completed my tasks responsibly. I worked as a web developer, creating the hostel's website and back-office system, which was a great opportunity to apply and grow my skills. The accommodation was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere very welcoming. Just keep in mind that Chefchaouen can be quite cold in winter, and please take care of the little girls nearby spanish mosque, they are my sisters!

I had a really good experience volunteering at the hostel in Chefchaouen. Big thanks to Islam for opening the doors and making me feel welcome from day one. My shift was at night, which gave me the chance to enjoy my days exploring Chefchaouen , a very calm and beautiful city. The hostel itself has a peaceful vibe, and the people there are kind and respectful, was a smooth and pleasant experience, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place and a relaxed atmosphere

The hostel feels like home: super clean, friendly and attentive staff led by Islam, delicious breakfast plus a fully equipped kitchen and just minutes from the medina. The real highlight is the terrace with spectacular views of the mountains, where you meet amazing people and just relax. 100% recommended!

It was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and main attractions. The atmosphere of the hostel is very welcoming, and the team Islam and Yassine is really friendly and always ready to help. The work was interesting, and I learned a lot while meeting travelers from all over the world. The hostel is clean, well-maintained, and the common space is great for socializing.

The hostel is perfect for connecting with local and international travelers. Locals are friendly, welcoming, and help you practice Arabic. It's in a safe, quiet area—great for exploring blue streets, hiking in the mountains, or swimming in nearby wells. Everything agreed on is respected, tasks are simple, breakfast is delicious, and Eslam and Yazin are kind and clear when teaching or giving advice. Truly grateful for the experience 🙏
