Day shift does:
- welcomes arrivals, check-in using the property management software
- running laundry and dishwasher, keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- other special maintenance tasks (simple things in regular daily schedule &
sorting out or reporting further about any malfunction or needed improvement)
- taking care of guests in the lobby (if they need help or information)

Detalhes

3 shifts a week, 8 hours per shift.

Volunteers only room and spacious common area consisting of multiple zones provide comfort for any free time activities or other work.
There is even a storage/office room that you can use for side gigs like tattoo, massages or online work that requires isolated work space like teaching etc.

Guests and volunteers here are pretty diverse, as is what the city has to offer, so it's highly unlikely you'd get bored during your free time :)

In our hostel we have a room that volunteers can rent to do yoga classes, tattooing, massages (we do have a table for massage) etc. This kind of activities can be also promoted on our reception for our guests .

Atividades & Turnos

Shifts are:
1. shift from 08 - 16
2. shift from 16 - 00
3 shifts a week, morning or afternoon according to need (somewhat flexible but impossible to choose only one of the two)

Regras

English must be on a good level to do the day shift. This means guests would address you about a variety of matters, nobody expects you to know all the answers but to be able to communicate clearly is a must. For anything really important that can't wait and you are unable to do on your own, one of the two of us will always be available on the phone.
Any other language is welcome but fluent English is necessary.
