Desde antes de chegar, sempre foram muito compreensivos, atenciosos e flexíveis. Durante a semana em que estive lá, sempre me ajudaram e me guiaram em tudo, sempre se preocuparam para que não me faltasse nada. As comidas são maravilhosas, cozinham como deusas — Maísa e Maristela são incríveis! Além disso, são mulheres super habilidosas, trabalhadoras e muito queridas na comunidade.. Pude praticar português, que era algo que eu queria muito, e também conhecer pessoas locais. Toda a família é extremamente linda, têm muitos talentos e, além disso, estão 100% comprometidos com a organização.

Mi experiencia fue realmente muy enriquecedora. Desde el primer momento recibí una atención amable y cordial, lo que me hizo sentir bienvenida y cómoda. Se nota la dedicación de la organización para que, como voluntario(a), cuentes con todo lo necesario, no solo para disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia, sino también para aportar con tus conocimientos y habilidades de la mejor manera. Definitivamente recomiendo vivir un voluntariado con la Asociación la organización a cualquier viajero que busque una estadía tranquila, segura y con propósito. Fue una experiencia muy bonita❤️. Es una familia que te acoge con cariño y te hace sentir cómoda. Los horarios son flexibles, lo que te permite organizarte y poder hacer turismo. Además, existe la oportunidad de convivir con niños y mujeres, compartir con ellos y aprender de sus historias. La comida también es deliciosa, lo que te permite conocer más de la cultura.

I visited the organization Association with my friends during our vacation in Brazil. We discovered an incredible family, and from the very first moment, we felt at home. Leisa, Maisa, and Maristela are amazing people who truly take care of you. They created this association years ago, founded on love for others, and they dedicate themselves to it every single day, wholeheartedly believing in their mission. They are building something extraordinary, and I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to meet this wonderful project. If you happen to visit, know that you'll leave with your heart full.Thankyou

My experience at the organization was beyond what I imagined. From the very first day you feel at home. Maisa, Maria Estela, Leisa and Fernandho welcome you like family. It's a deeply immersive way to discover Rio, taking part in community life, joining and even helping plan activities for the kids. You're surrounded by music, joy, and genuine connection every day. Even without knowing the language, you start to understand and communicate so quickly with them that it feels effortless. I leave with gratitude, unforgettable memories, and the hope to return.

I am eternally grateful for the incredible experience I had with the organization. Volunteering here truly feels like a home away from home; this family-run organization cares deeply about their volunteers. When I was sick, I was taken care of, when I needed something, they would be sure to help out, and they went above and beyond in every aspect. The work expected is very reasonable and very rewarding, and you get to engage with and help the community. I am so happy I volunteered here, but I'm sad my time was so short. I could not recommend this experience more, and I'd love to return to the organization soon :-)

I felt home at the organization Águapé. Maristela, Maisa, Leisa and Fernando were amazing hosts. It was a chance to be part of their association, to communicate with them and with the kids. My experience was really precious, I will not forget my days with you girls :) Espero ver você em breve

We stayed at the organization for a week. It was a great experience to be part of such a beautiful social project in Rio. Leísa, Maisa and Maristela were wonderful hosts and living with them was a real immersion into a brazilian family. Thank you for everything !

The organization isn't just an organization. It's a home, a community full of love, respect, and a deep commitment to caring for others. The work is light, and they always make sure you feel comfortable and supported. And the food… I was so lovingly spoiled with incredible meals and homemade cakes. Um projeto inspirador, conduzido com grande dedicação em impactar positivamente a sociedade, através de ações sociais voltadas para mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade, aulas de idiomas, música e apoio escolar. A Leisa, Maisa e a Mariestela fizeram-me sentir parte da família e foram incrivelmente compreensivas e flexíveis com os horários de trabalho, proporcionaram-me todas as condições para me sentir confortável, com um quarto e casa de banho só para mim. Agradeço de coração por me receberem tão bem. Desejo que este projeto continue a crescer e que impacte cada vez mais vida!
